Data2Bots, an IT Consulting Company is seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist who will be responsible for managing various aspects of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation.
You will also play a key role in ensuring that Data2Bots attracts, develops, and retains top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS, AND REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist or in a similar HR role.
Strong knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle employee relations issues effectively.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure timely and successful onboarding of new employees
Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance management programs.
Guide managers on performance feedback, goal-setting, and performance improvement plans.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide recommendations for promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Identify training and development needs within the organisation and coordinate training programs.
Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits enrollment.
Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits data.
