    Executive Assistant/HR Officer

    The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the Executive, ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the office. The EA will manage the Executive's schedule, communications, and meeting coordination while also assisting in various HR processes, projects, and initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the Executive professionally
    • Plan special projects, initiatives, and events as assigned.
    • Coordinate schedule, appointments, reservations and travel arrangements
    • Assist with the preparation of business presentations including text and electronic presentations.
    • Create and maintain a system for organizing and storing both electronic and hard-copy information and records and implement record retention policies and procedures.
    • Screen phone calls, open and sort mail and summarize memos
    • Assist with the coordination of meetings and functions
    • Prepare a variety of high quality, written agreements, memos, letters, and other documents
    • Prepare, edit and distribute itineraries, letters, memos and meeting minutes and keep track of for events and meetings making sure that things are not overlooked
    • Carry out routine office duties, including reception duties in a professional manner.
    • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records and budget preparation, personnel and housekeeping.
    • Manage the budget of the Office of the Executive and ensure that monthly retirements are prepared.
    • Support with other tasks as may be assigned

    Senior Transport Manager

    The Senior Transport Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day transportation operations, ensuring efficient logistics and fleet management strategies are executed effectively.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including dispatching, routing, and maintenance schedules.
    • Responsible for managing assets in such a way as to minimize operational expenses while maximizing equipment utilization.
    • Coordinate preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and improve vehicle reliability.
    • Manage and mentor the fleet team, ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards.
    • Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics, recommending improvements as necessary
    •  Plan with Executive Management to determine the strategic direction of the Transport Department.
    • Update and implement Divisional Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
    • Ensure profitability by controlling costs and enhancing trip performance.
    • Coordinate the Dangote Cement trucks to ensure truck availability always.
    • Coordinate and inspect the complete documentation including drivers and vehicle licenses.
    • Review and report logistics/fleet performance against plans.
    • Build good working relationship with Regulatory Agencies to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.

    Requirements

    Education and Work Experience

    • B.Sc./M.Sc. in Social Sciences, Humanities, Engineering or any related discipline
    • Minimum of 15 years of related experience.
    • 5 years’ Managerial experience
    • Relevant professional certification in Transport (e.g CILT).

    Logistics Coordinator - Polypropylene Business

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to oversee and manage the movement of polypropylene. This role involves coordinating with shipping companies, port operators, internal teams, and service providers to ensure the efficient, compliant, and timely transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of domestic logistics, container operations, customer documentation, and Nigerian import/export procedures.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for polypropylene containers to and from Dangote Refinery.
    • Liaise with ports (Lekki Port, Apapa Port), clearing agents, and transport service providers to ensure timely container movements.
    • Track and monitor shipments to avoid demurrage or detention costs.
    • Prepare, verify, and manage all shipping and delivery documentation including manifests, invoices, delivery notes, and customer-required paperwork.
    • Maintain accurate records of logistics activities and submit regular reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (Production, Sales, Finance) to plan and forecast container dispatches and deliveries.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian import/export regulations and company policies.
    • Troubleshoot logistics issues and proactively manage any delays or disruptions.
    • Manage logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3–5 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience, preferably in petrochemicals, manufacturing, or containerized cargo.
    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian port operations (Apapa, Lekki) and domestic transport networks.
    • Experience coordinating container haulage from ports to industrial sites and vice versa.
    • Familiarity with customs procedures, import/export documentation, and shipping regulations.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; ERP or logistics software knowledge is a plus.
    • Understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) practices in logistics

    Electrical Technician

    Job Summary

    Responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment across various sectors, including residential, industrial (mechineries), and power generation settings.

    Roles & REsponsibilities

    • Installation and Maintenance: Perform routine preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical motors, inverter, panels and other electrical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. This may includes cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components.  
    • Troubleshooting and Repair: Electrical trouble shooting on breakdown machinery i.e Starex Extr.usion Machine, Laminating Machine, Printing Machine and Convertex Machine both Starlinger and BSW machines.
    • Testing & Inspection: Conduct tests on electrical systems and components to ensure proper functioning and compliance with specifications and safety standards and Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, ensuring compliance with codes.
    • Safety and Compliance: Ensure all electrical installations and repairs meet established safety standards to prevent accidents and electrical hazards.
    • Record Keeping and Reporting: Prepare reports on electrical issues, inspections, and completed work. Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and specifications.

    Qualifications, Experience, Skills & Competencies

    • OND Electrical/Electronics or It's equivalent Technical Certificate.
    • Trade Test III, II & I Mechanical/Electrical Craftmanship Certificate
    • 2 - 5 years’ experience in sack manuafacturing company or semilar industry.
    • Relevant experience working in a manufacturing firm.
