    Assistant Manager, Natural Resource Governance (NRG)

    Role Overview

    • The Assistant Manager, Natural Resource Governance (NRG) will lead Clean Technology Hub’s expanding portfolio on resource governance, transparency, and sustainability within the Environment and Climate Action Department.
    • The role focuses on policy reform, programs, convenings, research, and advocacy that strengthen governance and promote equitable management of Nigeria’s natural resources in line with the just transition and sustainable development goals.
    • This position is ideal for a mid-career professional with strong analytical, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills who is passionate about the intersection of governance, environment, and energy transition.

    Key Responsibilities
    Research and Policy Analysis:

    • Conduct high-quality research and policy analysis on extractives, mining, forestry, water, and land-use governance.
    • Monitor institutional and policy developments (MDAs - NEITI, NUPRC, EITI and the legislature) relevant to sustainable natural resource management.
    • Produce evidence-based reports, position papers, and policy briefs linking governance to climate and environmental priorities.

    Project Management and Implementation:

    • Design, lead, and manage NRG-related projects and programs under the Environment and Climate Action Department.
    • Engage in Fundraising, proposal development, work plan formulation, budgeting, and donor reporting.
    • Coordinate workshops, dialogues, and stakeholder consultations across the extractive and environmental governance sectors.

    Stakeholder Engagement and Advocacy:

    • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, civil society organizations, development partners, and private sector actors.
    • Represent Clean Technology Hub in national and international forums on resource governance, climate justice, and energy transition.
    • Support advocacy for transparency, accountability, and inclusive participation in resource and environmental governance.

    Departmental Support (Environment & Climate Action):

    • Provide technical input and collaboration for department-wide environment and climate programs.
    • Align NRG activities with broader climate resilience, just transition, and circular economy initiatives.
    • Work closely with the Manager, Environment and Climate Action, on strategy development, policy publications, and reporting.

    Knowledge Management and Communication:

    • Develop and disseminate knowledge products such as reports, articles, infographics, and case studies.
    • Contribute to the department’s public engagement and digital visibility through storytelling and research communication.
    • Support internal learning and cross-departmental knowledge sharing.

    Qualifications and Competencies
    Educational Qualification:

    • Master’s Degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Economics, Environmental Policy, Law, Development Studies, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in policy research, governance, sustainability, or development-focused roles.
    • Demonstrated experience engaging with government agencies, CSOs, or development partners on governance, extractives, or environmental policy issues.

    Core Skills:

    • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills with an excellent understanding of
    • Nigeria’s natural resource governance landscape.
    • Proven project management and stakeholder coordination experience.

    Position Summary

    • Clean Technology Hub is seeking a motivated Junior Associate, Accounts & Admin to contribute to the success and growth of its program. As a Junior Associate, you will support the CTH’s Finance department on Finance, Account and Audit.
    • He/She will work closely with the Assistant manager – Finance/Operations in carrying out the following functions:

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor Company Cash Flow and Accounting.
    • Manage project costing and budgets as well as resources for minimal operational expenditure.
    • Participate in Project Budgeting and Forecasting as may be required by the organization towards Investments, Business Development or Grants.
    • Manage organization’s CAPEX and OPEX matrix ensuring that the limits are within budget.
    • Responsible for safe-guarding the company’s interest in transactions and interactions, providing effective first level stewardship of the company’s assets, resources, staff and holdings.

    What You ‘ll Do
    As the Personal Assistant on Special Project to the CEO, your core responsibilities will
    include:

    Calendar & Schedule Management:

    • Coordinate and manage the CEO’s calendar by prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and proactively scheduling appointments with internal teams and external partners.

    Travel Coordination:

    • Organize comprehensive travel arrangements, including travel authorizations, flight bookings, hotel reservations, visa applications, airport transfers, and expense reports.

    Senior Associate, Enterprise Development Program

    Position Summary

    • The Senior Associate, Enterprise Development Program (EDP) will evaluate the current company lineup compared with competitors' lineup to suggest new product development. They will support the development of new markets through new products or new customer audiences.
    • As the Assistant Manager EDP, you will focus on the marketing side, and searching for partnership opportunities with a sales-driven perspective.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage CTH’s incubation and acceleration portfolio.
    • Develop and implement a strategy plan to ensure the sustainability of the EDP.
    • Develop and promote key program events such as the off-grid energy ideation challenge;
    • Climate Tech Challenge; Clean Tech Pitch contest; Bootcamps.
    • Develop partnerships with hubs to execute enterprise development programs,  hackathons, pitchathons etc.
    • Develop accurate data metrics that track the performance of the incubates from the EDP.
    • Analyze the trends in the market and the Company’s strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Take meaningful actions in business development including fleshing out opportunities and proposals to drive initiatives, programs and policies –specifically related to Energy Access.
    • Assist with Monitoring, and Evaluation: Reporting on campaign metrics, tracking data on performance and evaluating impact towards building resilience.
    • Assist in proposal writing and fundraising activities.
    • Support the creation and presentation of new ideas to add value and increase company revenue.
    • Support the search for new suitable business partners and funding partners.
    • Proposal writing, grant applications and grant management.
    • Assist with other campaign-based operations and logistics as may be needed.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field. (A master’s degree will be an added advantage)
    • Proven track record with 3-4 years of experience in marketing or related fields.

    • Strong communication skills and ability to conduct trainings under extreme conditions
    • Versed knowledge and experience in Business Development.
