    Housekeeping / Operations Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • Our client currently requires the services of a professional Housekeeping / Operations Supervisor who has previous experience in managing Service Apartments.
    • This person will oversee the activities of the other employees that are tasked with housekeeping activities and operational activities.
    • The ideal person must have not less than 5 years’ experience

    Job Responsibilities

    • Supervise and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
    • Ensure all rooms and common areas are cleaned and maintained to high standards.
    • Develop and implement cleaning procedures and protocols.
    • Conduct quality control checks to ensure work meets established standards.
    • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, including requisitions for restocking.
    • Resolve customer complaints related to housekeeping services.
    • Address maintenance issues and report to the maintenance department.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
    • Perform administrative tasks such as timecards, attendance, and payroll.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities are maintained to high standards.
    • Oversee all operations when the Manager is not in
    • Handle bookings and customer services when necessary
    • Resolve guest ssues the absence of the Manager

    Requirements

    • B.Sc / HND / OND qualification
    • Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
    • In-depth knowledge of cleaning best practices, chemicals, equipment, and procedures
    • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
    • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.

    Registrar

    Responsibilities
    The job responsibilities for this position include:

    • Enter detailed student data into computer systems
    • Train staff at the registrar’s office to use software related to records administration
    • Manage, process and enter data from extensively detailed paperwork
    • Check in students and families for appointments
    • Performing clerical tasks, such as printing academic transcripts for students
    • Keeping student information confidential and secure
    • Participating in student service committees and initiatives
    • Coordinate registration processes and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
    • Respond to inquiries from students, staff, and parents regarding registration, academic policies, and other related matters.
    • Manage academic calendars and schedules, including course registration, exam schedules, and graduation dates.

    Requirements and Skills

    • Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in any relevant field with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in similar position
    • Proven work experience as a Registrar or similar role
    • Excellent organizational skills to maintain academic records
    • Strong computer literacy with database familiarity
    • Good interpersonal and communication skills
    • Professional appearance to represent our organization
    • Relevant training and/or certifications as a Registrar
    • Candidates who reside in any area close to Berger, Ogba or Ikeja all in Lagos will have an advantage

    Computer Engineer

    Responsibilities 
    The Job responsibilities for this position are as follows:

    • Teach introductory computer technology and data management applications courses to underclassmen as part of the Institution’s general education core curriculum
    • Participate with other department faculty members in offering advanced computer science courses to students pursuing Diplomas in fields related to computer and information technology
    • Instruct and mentor individual applied technology and computer science majors as they work their way through each departments’ undergraduate programs
    • Teach and deploy LAN and WAN
    • Assist department staff in managing and maintaining the Institution’s main computer lab, working rotating shifts to ensure it remains open for students during both day and evening hours
    • Coordinate with faculty as well as outside personnel in discussing research opportunities, and represent department in requesting funding from Institution’s finance department
    • Develop curriculum to be used by department staff and to be published and shared with other academic institutions
    • Work with department chair as well as the Institution’s admissions department annually to arrange class schedules for each academic semester
    • Maintain regular office hours during the academic semester to be available to meet with students individually when needed
    • Plan and prepare well-structured, clearly presented lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students and the syllabus being taught
    • Make sure that the classroom is a stimulating environment that facilitates learning
    • Generate enthusiasm for the subject being taught and inspire all students to work to their potential
    • Liaise with the Head of Department and learning support where a student may have special educational needs and with the form tutor and Head of House if a student is experiencing pastoral difficulties
