    Operations Coordinator (Health Care)

    Role Purpose

    • Coordinate day-to-day hospital operations across OPD, Imaging, Laboratory, Dialysis, Cath Lab, Pharmacy, Wards, and Support Services to ensure safe, efficient, and standardized service delivery aligned with POSH policies and PPP performance targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Orchestrate daily operations huddles; escalate risks and remove bottlenecks.
    • Implement SOPs, checklists, and turnaround-time targets across departments.
    • Monitor patient-flow (triage → diagnostics → treatment → discharge) and reduce delays.
    • Track departmental KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
    • Coordinate commissioning tasks and maintenance with Biomed/Engineering.
    • Ensure ERP usage for scheduling, inventory, work orders, and incident logging.
    • Support Quality & Risk for audits, CAPAs, and safety drills.
    • Liaise with Finance on billing integrity, cash controls, and claims completeness.
    • Lead shift handovers and on-call coordination for critical services.

    KPIs / Success Metrics

    • Dept. TATs on target; >95% equipment uptime.
    • >90% SOP compliance; incident closure within SLA.
    • Patient waiting time reduction and improved satisfaction scores.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare / Operations / Business (Master’s preferred).
    • 5 - 8 years in hospital operations, ideally in tertiary / specialty facilities.
    • Demonstrated experience with ERP/EMR workflows and KPI dashboards.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong coordination and stakeholder management.
    • Data-driven mindset; advanced Excel/ERP reporting.
    • Knowledge of patient safety, infection control, and JCI/ISO concepts.

    Salary
    N600,000 - N900,000 monthly.

    Chief Nursing Officer (Health Care)

    Role Purpose

    • To provide strategic leadership and professional oversight of all nursing services at Peter Odili Specialist Hospital (POSH).
    • The Chief Nursing Officer will ensure the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and workforce development.
