    Senior Sales Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and goal-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our medical sales team in Enugu.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships (including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies), and promoting the company’s range of medical products.
    • The role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare market, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B medical sales.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the Enugu territory.
    • Identify and establish relationships with new customers, including hospitals, diagnostic centers, and medical distributors.
    • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
    • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
    • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
    • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to plan promotional campaigns and product launches.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or any related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years of medical sales experience, preferably in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or healthcare equipment.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and customer base in Enugu and surrounding areas.
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
    • Must be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
