    Group Head, Business Growth

    Job Summary

    Leadership and Strategic Responsibilities: 

    • Set and Lead Group Sales Vision: Architect and champion a unified, group-wide sales strategy aligned with ARM’s transformation goals and corporate growth agenda.

    • 20+ years of senior leadership experience in sales and business development roles. 
    • Strong preference for experience in asset management or broader financial services but must also demonstrate success managing group-level sales across diverse client segments. 
    • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-business sales organizations. 
    • Demonstrated success in building integrated sales strategies, cross-functional leadership, and delivering significant revenue growth. 
    • Experience leading large-scale sales transformations or turnaround programs in complex, multi-entity financial services organizations is highly desirable. 
    • Experience working with matrixed teams and influencing without direct authority.

    Group Head Retail Sales

    Job Summary

    • The Group Head of Retail is a commercially savvy and digital executive who will lead the strategic growth and operational delivery of the retail business across the ARM group, with a core focus on digital retail asset management. The individual will own the P&L of the retail asset management businesses and be responsible for leading the development and execution of a scalable, digitalfirst retail strategy aimed at acquiring, onboarding, and retaining large volumes of retail clients across ARM’s distribution channels while driving profitability across both digital and traditional channels. The role also extends to retail strategy alignment with the trusteeship and stockbroking subsidiaries and encompasses accountability for both front and back-office operations to ensure an integrated and seamless retail experience. It focuses on enabling exponential growth in client numbers, engagement, and lifetime value through innovative digital acquisition and service models.

    Job Details

    Strategic & Commercial Leadership 

    • Develop and execute the retail business strategy for the group, with clear goals for AUM growth, customer base expansion, and profitability. 
    • Own the retail asset management P&L, ensuring strong revenue growth, disciplined cost management, and sustainable margins. 
    • Define and lead the execution of a scalable digital retail strategy that aligns with ARM’s business growth ambitions. Shift focus from traditional B2B and mass-affluent sales to building infrastructure that serves high volumes of retail clients efficiently. 
    • Define and deliver on KPIs across customer acquisition, activation, retention, and cross-sell metrics. Digital & Traditional Channels Oversight 
    • Champion automation and digital tools that enable self-service, seamless onboarding, and user-friendly interactions. 
    • Develop a high-performing team that blends digital expertise with retail client understanding. 
    • Drive adoption and optimization of digital platforms for onboarding, transacting, portfolio management, and support.

    Requirements

    QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field. 
    • A Master’s degree is an advantage but not compulsory. 
    • 10+ years’ experience in digital sales, digital marketing, or retail financial services. Proven experience designing and implementing data-led customer acquisition and engagement strategies.

    Head, Institutional Sales

    Job Summary

    • The Head of Institutional Sales is responsible for leading the strategy, relationship management, and growth of the institutional client segment across ARM’s group. The ideal candidate will lead strategic engagement with ARM’s institutional clients across all ARM business entities. This role focuses on deepening client relationships, originating new strategic opportunities, and serving as a trusted advisor to institutional partners in investment management, corporate trusteeship, Securities trading, and financial advisory. The candidate must have strong networks and relationships already built, as well as portfolio of business relationships that can be benefited from. Ideal candidate will act as a relationship anchor ensuring client needs are proactively identified and addressed, driving growth through collaborative opportunity origination, and ensuring client satisfaction at the highest levels

    • Develop and implement the strategic vision and direction for the institutional Sales across ARM group

    • Proven track record of engaging with senior institutional decision makers and driving cross business revenue opportunities 
    • Experience working across multiple business lines or integrated financial service platforms
