Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day construction activities on site
• Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
• Plan and monitor project timelines to meet set milestones and deadlines
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, artisans, and suppliers
• Review structural and architectural drawings for accuracy and constructability
• Conduct routine site inspections and enforce corrective actions where necessary
• Monitor material usage and control wastage
• Coordinate site logistics, deliveries, and workforce allocation
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Organize site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management
• Liaise with consultants, architects, engineers, and regulatory authorities
• Document variations, delays, and technical issues on site
• Support cost control efforts in collaboration with the Quantity Surveyor
