    Account Associate

    Key Responsibilities
    Financial Transactions:

    • Record and process financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
    • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data in the accounting system.
    • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.

    Invoicing and Billing:

    • Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure proper billing of tailored garments and printed materials.
    • Address any billing inquiries or discrepancies from customers.

    Accounts Receivable:

    • Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
    • Follow up on overdue invoices and coordinate with clients to resolve payment issues.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to track and manage customer credit limits.

    Bank Reconciliation:

    • Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and financial records.
    • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.

    Expense Management:

    • Process and track company expenses, including employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
    • Verify the accuracy of expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.

    Financial Reporting:

    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Provide financial information and reports to management for decision-making purposes.

    Budget Support:

    • Collaborate with the finance team to assist in the development and monitoring of the company's budget.
    • Track expenses against budgetary allocations and report any variances.

    Auditing and Compliance:

    • Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.

    Customer Relations:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers regarding financial transactions and billing inquiries.
    • Address customer concerns and inquiries related to billing and account statements.

    Tailoring Supervisor

    Role Overview

    • We are currently seeking a highly skilled tailoring supervisor to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the tailors in our workshop, ensuring that all garments are produced to a high standard and delivered to our clients on time.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise the tailors in our workshop to ensure that all garments are produced to the highest standard.
    • Work with the production team to ensure that all orders are completed on time and to the satisfaction of our clients.

    Customer Service / Sales Associate

    Responsibilities

    • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls

    • Develop and maintain emergency response plans for various scenarios.
    • Coordinate emergency drills and provide training to staff on emergency procedures.

    Communication and Reporting:

    • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders regarding facility-related matters.
    • Prepare regular reports on facility performance, maintenance activities, and budget utilization.

    Regulatory Compliance:

    • Stay informed about relevant regulations and ensure the facilities comply with local and national standards.
    • Work with regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in facility management or a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance processes.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make decisions under pressure.
    • Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
