    Transport Supervisor

    Job Summary

    • Our client a school situated at Ejigbo Lagos state requires the services a Transport supervisor. The Transport Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient transportation of students, staff, and faculty.
    • This role ensures compliance with school policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage school transportation operations, including buses, vans, and drivers.
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, traffic laws, and school policies.
    • Supervise and coordinate driver activities, including scheduling, routing, and performance.
    • Conduct vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure roadworthiness.
    • Handle transportation-related issues, complaints, and emergencies.
    • Communicate with parents, students, and staff regarding transportation matters.
    • Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate records and reports.

    Requirements:

    • HND/BSc in transportation Management or any relevant course
    • 2-3+ years relevant experience in transportation management or supervision.
    • Strong organizational and communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and make decisions.
    • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
    • First aid certification (desirable).
    • Candidates must reside in Ejigbo or in very close proximity.

    Audit Supervisor

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a highly talented and dedicated Audit Supervisor.
    • The successful candidate oversees the daily operations of an audit engagement, ensuring that fieldwork is executed effectively, and audit staff adhere to professional and company standards.
    • This role requires a combination of technical accounting expertise, strong leadership, and hands-on management to guarantee high-quality and timely audit delivery

    Requirements

    • Lead the day-to-day operations of an audit engagement from planning through reporting.
    • Review audit work-papers and documentation prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy, compliance, and clarity.
    • Ensure that all audit work complies with established auditing standards and internal guidelines, and is completed within allocated time-frames.
    • Identify control deficiencies, accounting issues, and risks during the audit and develop recommendations for improvement.
    • Execute audit tests on high-risk or complex areas and analyze financial data for accuracy and irregularities
    • Carryout team supervision and development
    • Regular client communication and management
    • Carryout technical and administrative tasks
    • Perform other related duties as determined by Management from time to time.

    Requirements

    • BSc/HND in accounting, finance, or a related field is required.
    • Professional certification, such as ACA, ACCA, etc.
    • 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in an auditing role, including experience leading audit fieldwork in an external audit environment.

    Technical & Soft skills:

    • Deep knowledge of auditing methodologies, standards (IFRS, GAAP), and risk management practices.
    • Proficiency with auditing software (e.g., Caseware, TeamMate) and data analysis tools like Excel, Power BI,etc.
    • Experience with relevant accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
    • Soft skills
    • Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and client interaction.
    • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
    • Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
    • A high degree of attention to detail and professional skepticism.
    • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
