    Sales and Marketing Officer

    Summary

    • We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Officer to drive the sales and market presence of our bottled water and PVC pipe products.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.

    Summary of Responsibilities
    Sales & Business Development

    • Identify and develop new markets, customers, and distribution channels for bottled water and PVC pipes.
    • Manage key accounts and customer relationships across retail, wholesale, construction, and industrial sectors.
    • Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
    • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

    Marketing & Promotion:

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns (offline and digital) to drive brand visibility.
    • Organize product demonstrations, trade exhibitions, and promotional events.
    • Create marketing content including brochures, social media posts, and sales presentations.
    • Collaborate with the production team to align sales efforts with product availability.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
    • Ensure timely delivery and after-sales support in collaboration with the logistics team.

    Reporting:

    • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
    • Provide strategic input on pricing, product packaging, and promotional offers.
    • Analyze sales data and recommend actionable improvements.

    Academic Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in FMCG or commodity products.
    • Prior experience in selling bottled water and/or PVC pipes is an added advantage.
    • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage field activities efficiently.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
    • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.

    Operations Manager

    Summary

    • We are seeking a results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of our production factory situated in Ibadan, Oyo State.
    • This role is responsible for managing production, quality control, factory staff, logistics/distribution to ensure seamless operations, optimal productivity, and adherence to industry standards. The job holder will also, have oversight function on sales and marketing team to ensure they deliver on their revenue generation drove.

    Summary of Responsibilities
    Factory Operations:

    • Oversee daily production activities.
    • Develop and implement SOPs, production schedules, and maintenance plans.
    • Ensure product quality standards are met in line with the regulatory requirements.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives for efficiency, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
    • Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of production equipment and factory as a whole.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.

    Staff Management:

    • Manage, train, and constantly evaluate or monitor factory and logistics staff.
    • Liaise with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain qualified operational staff.

    Logistics & Inventory:

    • Oversee raw material procurement, inventory control, and finished goods dispatch.
    • Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and transport planning.
    • Optimize storage, loading, and delivery processes for speed and accuracy.

    Strategic & Financial Oversight:

    • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
    • Develop and implement efficient production forecasts, budgeting, and cost control.
    • Identify and implement process automation and operational enhancements.

    Sales & Marketing Oversight:

    • Supervise the sales and marketing team to drive revenue by Identify new markets, customers, and distribution channels to expand market reach.
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and adjust strategies as may be needed.
    • Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making

    Academic Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in factory operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
    • Proven experience in FMCG/commodity goods is mandatory.
    • Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, production machinery, and quality standards.
    • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of logistics, inventory control, and supply chain principles.
    • Familiarity with regulatory bodies as relate to FMCG and compliance standard
