    ICT Lead

    The ICT Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure within the asset. The role holder will be responsible for managing all aspects of ICT strategy, implementation, and maintenance to ensure seamless operations and maximize efficiency within the asset.

    Professional Qualification Required:

    • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g, Master's) preferred.
    • Minimum of 7 years of experience in related role.

    Knowledge & Skills Required:

    • Proficiency in ICT systems and tools, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems, and geographic information systems (GIS).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage timelines effectively.
    • Thorough understanding of ICT governance frameworks, such as ITIL, COBIT, and ISO standards.
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to the upstream oil and gas sector, such as API, ISO, and NIST.
    • Ability to adapt to changing business needs and technology trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Development and implementation of strategies around the selection and implementation of end user computing devices like laptops, desktops, workstations and mobile devices.
    • Development and implementation of strategies around security of company data on end user computing devices and servers.
    • Management of the Users, Application and software tech support teams.
    • Development and monitoring of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with both internal and external service providers. Develop cost estimates and provide recommendations for systems development and upgrades to existing software and application systems.
    • Provide subject matter expertise, advice and consultancy for assigned technology and infrastructure systems
    • Comply with Quality Management System/Occupational Health & Safety requirements including objectives and applicable regulations relating to assigned jobs.
    • Lead and manage ICT projects, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management, to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
    • Evaluate emerging ICT technologies and trends relevant to the upstream oil and gas industry, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and competitiveness.
    • Develop and maintain ICT policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

    • Ability to lead strategic planning processes, set SMART objectives, and develop actionable strategies to achieve business goals.

    Job Purpose

    The Head of HR should bring strategic leadership and technical expertise to human resources, with experience of a broad range of HR areas including resource planning and organisation design, talent and performance management, reward, and compliance. He/she will have experience of capacity planning and translating strategy and vision into operational objectives.

    Understanding the key dynamics of the industry, the Head of HR will lead the development and implementation of an effective HR strategy, drawing on latest thinking and best practice. Leadership and influencing skills will be needed to support significant organisational change as well as the ability to pull people together and motivate them to deliver common goals. Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills, with the ability to engage, build and sustain relationships both within the organisation and external organisations are also important.

    Qualification/Certification

    • A good first Degree, in Human Resources or equivalent, from an accredited university
    • Key Capabilities, Competencies and Experience Needed
    • Senior, highly experienced Human Resources Professional with a wide-ranging breadth of human capital and Performance and talent management expertise.
    • Have a minimum of 15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in senior leadership role
    • Proven working experience within FMCG and Technology industries would be an advantage
    • An understanding of what world-class Human Resource systems and processes look like
    • Be able to work with a variety of organisational leaders to build consensus around HR strategy and tactics.
    • Have a demonstrated background in talent management and leadership management, as well as have a proven ability to attract and retain outstanding talent and assemble and motivate high performance teams.
    • Ability to ensure credibility for the human resources function through his/her professional qualifications and leadership skills as well as project the highest level of integrity.
    • Possess superior interpersonal communication and presentation skills as well as proven organizational skills are required.
    • Proven experience in developing, implementing, and ensuring compliance with HR Policies and Processes’.
    • Experience and success in driving culture transformation.
    • Experience in driving, managing, and implementing an organisational change & upgrade program
    • Nigerian nationality or has worked extensively in Nigeria.

    Geomodeller

    Job Description

    We are seeking to hire an experienced Geomodeller for our client, one of Africa's leading independent E & P players. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing reliable subsurface static reservoir models and provide field life update for the reservoirs that make the development plan for drilling and completions.

    The definition of field data acquisition programs & field monitoring, including Wireline, LWD, coring and fluid sampling would also be covered by this role in collaboration with other members of the team.

    Knowledge/Skills Requirements:

    • Good Seismic Interpretation and Log Interpretation Skills.

    • Structure Modelling Knowledge of Stratigraphy and Structural Architecture within the Niger delta regions and other basins at expert level.
    • Volumetrics computations and petrophysical modelling skills at Expert Level
    • Uncertainty Analyses and core Log Integration for Reservoir Modelling
    • Knowledge of Log Interpretation and Integration with Geologic Models.
    • Sequence stratigraphy and Geostatistics in reservoir Modelling.

    Professional Qualification Required

    • M.Sc Geology, Geophysics, or Petroleum Geoscience,
    • Minimum 10 years' core experience in Production Geoscience /Geomodeling / Static Modelling
    • Strong working knowledge of Petrel is required and / Or CMG/Jewel Suite.
