• Driving of MD To and Fro work
• Driving staff on official assignment with company car
• Conducting periodic checks on the service tags
• Ensure that company vehicles are refueled as and when required
• Driving the vehicles to a gas station after being requested by the users of the vehicles
• Ensure that company vehicles are clean
• Attending to other company assignments from time to time.

Job Description

• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirement.
• Budget and plan for repair, renewal and replacement of assets and facilities.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
• Relate with all levels of Government and their parastatals in matters of rate and license
• Ensure security, management and maintenance of all company assets and facilities.
• Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
• Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions and developing reporting procedures.
