    Recruitment Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding successful hires.
    • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional networks.
    • Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for various roles.
    • Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
    • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
    • Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
    • Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.

    Requirements

    Electrical Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment to maximize plant availability.
    • Troubleshoot electrical faults on motors, transformers, switchgear, PLCs, VFDs, and production equipment.
    • Monitor electrical systems and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
    • Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, and modification projects.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of power distribution systems and electrical control panels.
    • Conduct routine inspections and testing of electrical installations.
    • Maintain electrical drawings, maintenance records, and equipment documentation.
    • Collaborate with Mechanical and Production teams to achieve uninterrupted operations.

    Requirements
    Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Electrical Engineering.

    Experiences:

    • Steel manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
    • Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, PLCs, VFDs, transformers, and switchgear.

    Metallurgical Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor steelmaking processes to achieve production and quality targets.
    • Analyze chemical composition and mechanical properties of steel products.
    • Investigate metallurgical defects and recommend corrective actions.
    • Monitor furnace operations and process parameters.
    • Support process optimization and yield improvement initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with metallurgical standards and specifications.
    • Prepare technical reports and process documentation.
    • Collaborate with Quality Control and Production teams to improve product performance.

    Requirements

    Mechanical Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for all plant machinery.
    • Ensure maximum availability and reliability of production equipment.
    • Diagnose and resolve mechanical failures with minimum downtime.
    • Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, steam, thermal oil, and compressed air systems.
    • Oversee maintenance of hot press, cold press, peeling line, dryers, conveyors, glue kitchen, sanding machines, dust collection systems, pumps, boilers, compressors, and other utilities.
    • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for major equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
    • Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of critical spares.
    • Ensure compliance with HSE standards and safe maintenance practices.
    • Prepare maintenance reports, machine history records, and maintenance schedules.
    • Lead maintenance technicians and coordinate with production for planned shutdowns.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
    • 5 – 8 years of experience in a manufacturing industry (plywood, wood processing, steel, cement, FMCG, paper, or similar).
    • Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, welding, fabrication, pumps, boilers, compressors, and preventive maintenance.
    • xperience with TPM, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
    • Strong troubleshooting and team management skills.

    Process Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Monitor and optimize steel manufacturing processes to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production.
    • Analyse production data and process parameters to improve productivity, yield, and product quality.
    • Identify process inefficiencies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Metallurgical teams to resolve process-related issues and improve plant performance.
    • Monitor key production KPIs, including throughput, scrap rate, energy consumption, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and recommend improvement initiatives.
    • Support the commissioning, modification, and continuous optimization of production equipment and manufacturing processes.
    • Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE policies, and continuous improvement practices to achieve operational excellence.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Metallurgical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 3 years' experience.
    • Experience in steel manufacturing or engineering industries is highly preferred.

    Quality Control Officer

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
    • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
    • Perform laboratory and dimensional testing where required.
    • Investigate quality defects and recommend corrective actions.
    • Prepare quality inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with ISO quality management procedures.

    Assistant Surveyor

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in carrying out land and engineering surveys.
    • Operate surveying instruments and equipment.
    • Prepare survey reports, drawings, and field notes.
    • Establish survey control points and site layouts.
