    Sales Team Lead

    Job Overview

    • Our client is recruiting a Sales Team Lead to oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales executives, and drive revenue growth across its product lines.
    • The role is responsible for ensuring e ective sales execution, managing key customer relationships, and aligning sales activities with production capacity and business objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities to ensure targets are achieved.
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to drive consistent revenue growth.
    • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the company’s manufacturing output and market demand.
    • Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and provide insights to management.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

    Pelletizer Operator

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Pelletizer Operator with hands-on experience operating pelletizing machines within a plastic recycling plant or the internal recycling unit of a large plastic manufacturing company.
    • The ideal candidate must have practical knowledge of pelletizing processes and be capable of operating and maintaining pelletizing equipment to ensure consistent, high-quality recycled plastic pellets for production use.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Operate and monitor pelletizing machines used in plastic recycling or internal scrap reprocessing.
    • Process plastic waste, off-cuts, rejects, and regrind materials into reusable pellets.
    • Monitor and control extrusion parameters such as temperature, pressure, and feed rate.
    • Ensure uniform pellet size, texture, and quality in line with production standards.
    • Adjust machine settings to optimize output and reduce material waste.
    • Conduct routine machine checks and basic preventive maintenance.
    • Identify and troubleshoot mechanical or operational issues promptly.
    • Maintain accurate production logs and report output levels to the Production Supervisor.
    • Ensure strict adherence to factory safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
    • Work collaboratively with maintenance and quality control teams to meet daily production targets.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 4–7years’ experience operating pelletizing machines in:
      • A plastic recycling plant, OR
      • The internal recycling unit of a large plastic manufacturing company.
    • Strong understanding of plastic reprocessing and pelletizing operations.
    • Experience handling production scrap, regrind, and post-industrial plastic waste.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and adjust extrusion and pelletizing systems.
    • Willingness to work shifts in a factory environment.
    • Technical certification (OND or Trade Test) is an added advantage but not mandatory with strong hands-on experience.

    Operations Manager (Luxury Beauty & Wellness)

    Position Purpose

    • The Operations Manager is the strategic and operational lead for a premier Beauty and Wellness Home in Eti-Osa.
    • This individual is responsible for translating a luxury brand vision into daily excellence.
    • You will lead a multidisciplinary team of beauty professionals, ensuring every client receives a bespoke, world-class experience while maintaining the business's profitability and "Can-Do" reputation.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Operational Leadership: Streamline daily workflows, manage opening/closing protocols, and oversee inventory controls for premium skincare and hair products.
    • Team Management & Development: Recruit, onboard, and performance-manage technical staff (stylists, therapists, and receptionists).
    • Culture Integration: Ensure the team embodies the CCARRE values (Consistency, Collaboration, Adaptability, Responsiveness, Resourcefulness, and Excellence).
    • Client Experience Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for guest relations to maintain a 90% or higher client satisfaction and retention rate.

    • Facility Oversight: Ensure the facility remains pristine, hygienic, and reflective of a luxury brand during operating hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

    Success Profile (Requirements)

    • Educational Background: University Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or Hospitality Management.
    • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Luxury Retail, Premium Hospitality, or High-End Spa Management.
    • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Salon/Spa Management Software (e.g., Fresha or Zenoti) and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis.
    • Responsiveness: Ability to thrive and lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Resourcefulness: Proven track record of solving complex operational challenges independently.
    • Adaptability: Ability to pivot seamlessly between administrative duties and high-touch "on-the-floor" client management in Eti-Osa.
    • Client Focus: Experience managing the expectations of a sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele.
