    Operations Manager (Luxury Beauty & Wellness)

    Position Purpose

    • The Operations Manager is the strategic and operational lead for a premier Beauty and Wellness Home in Eti-Osa.
    • This individual is responsible for translating a luxury brand vision into daily excellence.
    • You will lead a multidisciplinary team of beauty professionals, ensuring every client receives a bespoke, world-class experience while maintaining the business's profitability and "Can-Do" reputation.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Operational Leadership: Streamline daily workflows, manage opening/closing protocols, and oversee inventory controls for premium skincare and hair products.
    • Team Management & Development: Recruit, onboard, and performance-manage technical staff (stylists, therapists, and receptionists).
    • Culture Integration: Ensure the team embodies the CCARRE values (Consistency, Collaboration, Adaptability, Responsiveness, Resourcefulness, and Excellence).
    • Client Experience Management: Act as the primary point of escalation for guest relations to maintain a 90% or higher client satisfaction and retention rate.
    • Financial & Growth Strategy: Track daily/monthly revenue targets, manage petty cash, and implement Business Development initiatives to increase "chair occupancy" and retail sales.
    • Facility Oversight: Ensure the facility remains pristine, hygienic, and reflective of a luxury brand during operating hours, typically between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

    Success Profile (Requirements)

    • Educational Background: University Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or Hospitality Management.
    • Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Luxury Retail, Premium Hospitality, or High-End Spa Management.
    • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Salon/Spa Management Software (e.g., Fresha or Zenoti) and advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis.
    • Responsiveness: Ability to thrive and lead effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
    • Resourcefulness: Proven track record of solving complex operational challenges independently.
    • Adaptability: Ability to pivot seamlessly between administrative duties and high-touch "on-the-floor" client management in Eti-Osa.
    • Client Focus: Experience managing the expectations of a sophisticated, high-net-worth clientele.
