    Sales Team Lead (QoreID)

    Job Summary

    • QoreID is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team.
    • The QoreID Sales Lead is responsible for leading QoreID sales teams to reach sales targets.
    • In addition they will be responsible for identifying new sales sector prospects, carrying out sales pitches, and negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
    • The candidate is also responsible for evaluating and adjusting sales performance, and recommend processes to the Manager, Growth that will drive sales.
    • The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, have strong analytical skills, and excellent leadership abilities, with years of prior sales experience.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop a strong understanding of QoreID products and services.
    • Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential clients.
    • Conduct market research to assess customer needs and selling opportunities.
    • Analyse internal and external data (e.g., market sizing, competitive pricing) using tools such as Excel to generate insights for targeted sectors.
    • Gather market and customer intelligence and provide feedback on buying trends.
    • Ensure the QoreID sales team operates in compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
    • Drive new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and email outreach.
    • Schedule and attend meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and concerns.
    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations.
    • Maintain accurate records of weekly sales activities for review by the Sales Manager or Director of Sales/Marketing.
    • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
    • Support negotiations, deal closures, and resolution of objections or complaints.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships to achieve sales targets.
    • Escalate critical customer issues to the Senior Manager, Growth when necessary.
    • Coordinate customer handover to the Account Management team in line with company policies.
    • Mentor, motivate, and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
    • Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and campaigns.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

    Minimum Requirements

    • MSc/BSc in Economics, Marketing, Banking, Finance, or Business Administration.
    • A minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a sales role, preferably within a Tech, Fintech, or B2B tech-enabled environment.
    • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a tech-enabled or B2B environment.
    • Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Target-driven with a focus on achieving results.
    • Ability to analyse data and extract insights for actionable recommendations.
    • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Excel is highly desirable.
