    Marketing & Growth Strategist

    About the Role

    • We need a data-driven marketer and creative thinker to design and execute growth strategies that will drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
    • You will work closely with our leadership, product, and operations teams to test and scale marketing initiatives across digital channels, partnerships, and community-driven growth.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Develop and own Terminal Africa’s marketing & growth strategy
    • Drive user acquisition and revenue growth across all marketing channels
    • Design and implement campaigns (organic, paid, partnerships, referrals) to attract and retain customers
    • Build and manage an efficient marketing funnel—from awareness to loyalty
    • Create and manage content marketing across blog, email, SEO, and social media
    • Identify new growth opportunities in logistics, payments, and e-commerce segments
    • Set KPIs, track marketing performance, and report to leadership
    • Run marketing experiments (landing pages, pricing, promos, onboarding, messaging)
    • Partner with product and operations teams to improve customer experience and conversion
    • Manage external marketing partners and agencies when needed
    • Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, logistics, payments, and e-commerce

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Have 3+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or digital strategy—ideally in a fast-growing startup
    • Have a strong understanding of marketing funnels, growth loops, and customer journeys
    • Know how to use data to drive decisions—comfortable with analytics, A/B testing, and reporting
    • Are skilled in digital marketing: SEO, SEM, social, email, content, partnerships
    • Are experienced with CRM, marketing automation tools, and campaign management
    • Are creative and strategic, with an eye for compelling messaging and brand storytelling

    Social Media Copywriter

    About the Role

    • You’ll be responsible for crafting and managing content that drives engagement, builds trust, and helps us grow.
    • From blog articles to social media posts to customer stories, you’ll develop creative, helpful, and inspiring content that speaks to the needs of African businesses shipping to the world.
    • You’ll also manage our social media channels, helping us grow our online community and brand presence.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Plan, write, and publish regular blog articles for our website
    • Manage and grow our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
    • Develop content calendars and campaigns to support marketing goals

    • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to gather insights and feedback

    • Monitor online conversations, trends, and sentiment around logistics, e-commerce, and African business
    • Manage community challenges, contests, giveaways, and referral programs
    • Track and report on community growth, engagement, and campaign performance

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Have 4+ years of experience in community management, brand engagement, or digital marketing
    • Are a natural people-person—friendly, empathetic, responsive, and relatable
    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Have experience managing online communities (social media, WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram, etc.)
    • Are deeply familiar with how Nigerian and African consumers engage online

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Have 2+ years of experience in photography and video production
    • Have your own equipment (camera, lenses, lighting, gimbal, audio, etc.)
    • Have strong editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
    • Can shoot in a variety of settings—indoors, outdoors, office, on-location
    • Have experience creating content for digital platforms (social, web, mobile)
    • Understand the importance of brand tone and visual consistency

    Senior Product Designer

    About the Role

    • As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in Terminal’s product development process, from initial research and ideation to the final design and testing phases.
    • You will work closely with the product and engineering teams, other team members and users to ensure the product not only looks appealing but also meets functional requirements, user needs and business goals.
    • In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our product, from conceptualising new features to refining existing ones.

    Responsibilities & Duties

    • Drive the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery across web and mobile products.
    • Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
    • Design, build, and maintain production-ready websites or landing pages using Webflow.
    • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to launch high-converting, branded pages quickly.
    • Maintain design system consistency in Webflow projects.
    • Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to validate design decisions.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • A positive attitude to work and a great attention to details
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills.
    • Having a good case study in your portfolio is an advantage.
    • High proficiency in Figma and Webflow
    • Solid understanding of human centered design principles and responsive design
    • Strong user research and usability testing skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
    • Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
