As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in Terminal’s product development process, from initial research and ideation to the final design and testing phases.
You will work closely with the product and engineering teams, other team members and users to ensure the product not only looks appealing but also meets functional requirements, user needs and business goals.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our product, from conceptualising new features to refining existing ones.
Responsibilities & Duties
Drive the full design lifecycle from discovery to delivery across web and mobile products.
Translate product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
Design, build, and maintain production-ready websites or landing pages using Webflow.
Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to launch high-converting, branded pages quickly.
Maintain design system consistency in Webflow projects.
Plan and conduct user interviews, usability tests, and surveys to validate design decisions.
Use qualitative and quantitative feedback to iterate and improve user experiences.
Own and evolve the company’s design system for consistency across platforms.
Work closely with engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Partner with product manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to align design with business goals.
Uphold high standards for UX/UI best practices and accessibility.
Collaborate with analytics teams to interpret behavioural data (e.g., funnel drop-offs, feature engagement).
Qualifications & Skills
A positive attitude to work and a great attention to details
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your problem-solving skills.
Having a good case study in your portfolio is an advantage.
High proficiency in Figma and Webflow
Solid understanding of human centered design principles and responsive design
Strong user research and usability testing skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate design ideas and prototypes
Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript
