Requirements
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2-3 years in a lead role, preferably in a holding company or diversified organization.
