    Executive Driver

    Responsibilities / Deliverables / Outcom

    • Load and unload organizations merchandize in the vehicle
    • Precisely finish all paperwork connected with conveyance of merchandize
    • Transport products, materials, and staff safely and securely to areas where they are needed
    • Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
    • Ensure timely conveyance of staff, merchandise and materials to and from places as instructed by supervisor or the manager
    • Ensure that vehicles are always kept perfect and clean
    • Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
    • Promptly report any instance of mishap or accident to the fleet officer
    • Keep all records, including receipts for vehicle maintenance and handover receipts to the fleet officer
    • Keep up a travel log to record areas travelled to, travel time, and work hours
    • Perform other tasks as instructed by the fleet officer.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of Secondary School Leaving Certificate (SSCE)
    • Proven experience as a driver
    • Must enjoy driving and be conversant with traffic laws/regulations
    • Ability to communicate, read and write
    • Ability to utilize navigation apps (e.g. Google Maps) to find the most optimal route
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Must be professional and dress appropriately
    • Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expenses records.
    • Polite and able to get along with people
    • Ability to work late, on weekends and holidays if and when the need arise.

    Requirements
    Educational Qualification:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is highly preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2-3 years in a lead role, preferably in a holding company or diversified organization.
