Open Market Sales Representative (OMSR) - Abuja State at Peach Strides and Pristines

Open Market Sales Representatives (OMSRs) to represent Flour Mills of Nigeria in designated markets. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in dynamic sales environments and want to build a lasting career with one of Nigeria’s leading FMCG brands.

As an OMSR, your primary responsibility will be to engage directly with customers at open markets, promote Flour Mills products, and ensure strong visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell and promote Flour Mills products at major open markets
• Engage directly with retailers, distributors, and end users
• Generate orders, process transactions, and report daily sales
• Build strong relationships with market stakeholders
• Monitor competition and provide market intelligence
• Maintain stock levels and support product displays

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: OND certificate
• Proven passion for sales, marketing, or customer engagement
• Prior experience in market or retail sales is an advantage
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be reliable, energetic, and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and thrive in market environments
• Fluency in English and local languages is an added advantage
