About the Role

We’re seeking an energetic Lab Marketing Officer to drive sales growth and strengthen client relationships for our dental and laboratory services. This role blends fieldwork, customer engagement, and marketing support to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage and onboard new clients for dental supplies and lab services.
• Conduct field visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and prospects.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate with logistics for timely delivery.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client communication.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Support social media engagement through content ideas and updates.
• Track and report sales progress, client pipelines, and field feedback.
• Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and outreach events.

Requirements

• ND/HND/B.Sc. in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare or laboratory services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong client relationship management and proactive approach.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media engagement is a plus.
