We are looking for Insurance Sales Managers to be responsible for managing policy sales, coordinate a team on marketing scope and strategy, monitor sales goals and objectives, supervise the advertising and presentation of products and services to corporate clients, train the team on product and services and develop a formidable team

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Setting sales objectives. 
• Provide sales strategies, feedback and marketing plans
• Keep up to date with industry developments 
• Contribute to meeting sales targets
• Market sourcing and management 
• Responding to customers queries

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous insurance experience
• Previous  banking experience 
• Previous sales, marketing and customer relationship experience
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Must be passionate in providing support and motivation 
• Must be goal-driven and result oriented 

EDUCATION:  HND, BSC and it equivalent

RENUMERATION :Salary is between #250, 000-400,000.
