Operational Supervisor at Newchip Technologies

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and driven Operational Supervisor to manage and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service delivery. This role is ideal for a proactive graduate with a strong track record in supervising teams and managing logistics. Male candidates are preferred due to the specific demands of the operational environment.

CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:

• Must be a university graduate (BSc/HND) from a recognized institution.
• Must possess verifiable prior experience in an operational or supervisory role.
• Full-time commitment to the Monday to Saturday work schedule.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of operational staff, including task assignment, performance monitoring, and coaching.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current operational procedures and implement practical solutions to improve workflow and productivity.
• Quality Control: Ensure all operational activities and output meet defined quality standards and company policies.
• Inventory & Logistics: Oversee stock levels, manage local logistics, and coordinate the movement of goods or resources as required.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly operational performance reports, summarizing key metrics and outlining challenges to senior management.
• Safety & Compliance: Ensure the team operates in compliance with all relevant safety regulations and internal guidelines.
