Responsibilities

• Monitor compliance / adherence to company policies and report defaulters to the appropirates quarters
• Detect and prevent fraud with the sole aim of safeguarding company assests
• Conduct prepayment and post-payment review of all expenses and suppliers invoices before payments
• Random inventory audit of branches central store and submit report
• Actual inventory audit of branches, central store and submit reports on same
• Carry out audit trail of all transactions and give necessary reports management
• Check to ensure products are properly priced to avoid revenue leakages by random checking of transfer papers
• Management of product expiration and drastically minimizing expiation of products across branches
• Confirm actual quantity of products purchased and transferred to branches and central store against invoice
• Ensure product transfer circle is completed by checking of transfer sheets
• Audit Monthly payroll

Academic Qualification and Skills

• candidates should possess a BSc in Accounting or any related discipline
• proficiency in PowerPoint & enterprise software
• Effectively Execute any other assigned duty.
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
• Must be able to work under pressure
• Must be practically skilled and knowledgeable in the specific position

Responsibilities 

• Oversee the genearl Administration of the pharmacy store and staff
• Ensure proper shelving of drugs and preservations of other products
• Ensure standard requirements in terms of display of drugs and other products to facliate customers purchase
• Guide customers on the usage of drugs over the counter medications or drugs
• Carry out interpretation/processing of prescription and dispensing medications
• Coordinate and supervise other pharmacistd and support staff
• Ensure daily reconiliation of all sales lodgement i.e cash and electronics payments to ensure corrections of all transactions
• Maintain Inventory and ensure consant availability of stocks to avoid stock out.
• Responsible for all regulatory matters relating to the premises.

Academics, Qualifications and Skills

• B Pharm from any recognised University
• Minimum of 5 years working Experience in similar capacity
• Be a registered with the Pharmacy council of Nigeria
• Ability to work with less supervision and Multitask
• Attention to details and sociable personalty
• Ability to make well informed presentation on the activites of the business
• Computer savvy with goo Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Promixty should be close to Akala Expess Ibadan.
