    Sundry Foods 2023 Restaurant Management Trainee Program

    Responsibilities

    • The Restaurant Management Trainee is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the proper and profitable running of assigned Restaurant in line with the Company’s Standard of Operations (SOP).

    Requirements

    • 2nd Class Upper / Upper Credit in B.Sc / HND.

    Required Skill:

    • Passion for good food, culinary skills is an added advantage, demonstrable leadership skills.

    Unit Accountant

    Responsibilities

    • To represent the accounting and treasury functions at the unit level and safeguarding the company’s current assets as well as work that may be assigned to you by the Manager responsible for your primary assignment.

    Qualifications

    • Candidates should possess a First Degree (B.Sc or HND) in Accounting or Banking and Finance  (minimum of second class) with relevant work experience.

    Required Skill:

    • Microsoft Excel Skills.
    • Working knowledge of an Accounting Software or ERP is an added advantage.

    Property Administrator

    Responsibilities
    The major responsibilities of the Property Administrator will include but not limited to:

    • Site Inspection and selection for business use
    • Marketing and letting of vacant retail spaces
    • Manage Tenants including prospective tenant to ensure all enquiries and complaints are handled professionally, efficient documentation and prompt completion of fit-out and occupancy
    • Coordinate and reconcile rent and utility bills payments

    Requirements

    • Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Estate Management, Quantity Surveying and related course with a minimum of second class lower
    • Extras: A minimum of 3 years related experience in an Estate Management company or similar organisation is required.
    • Role requires travelling.

    Required Skill:

    • Property Valuation skill, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Analytical skill, Administrative Skills, Good knowledge of Facility/Property Management.

    Human Resources Administrator

    The Human Resources Administrators will be responsible for implementing Human Resources management best practices within assigned business divisions and regions. The role holder will:

    • Be the first point of contact to receive and resolve all people-related enquiries or complaints within assigned business division or region.
    • Manage recruitment, selection, and on-boarding of new hires within the region to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
    • Partner with business unit managers to build their leadership capability in the management of their staff and compliance with HR Policies.
    • Facilitate regular refresher trainings (and ensure implementation of on-the-job training) to ensure consistency in employees’ skills and attitude at work.
    • Coordinate Staff Engagement programs and Meetings to identify pertinent employee and work-place issues, provide pragmatic solutions and report outcomes

    Other Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of second class lower and a minimum of four years’ experience in Human Resources Management functions in a fast-paced work environment
    • Candidate with experience in Recruitment and training preferred.
    • Candidate with HR Certification (CIPM, etc) will have an added advantage
    • Role may require travel occasionally so Candidate must be willing and available to travel.
    • Required Skill: Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook); Excellent verbal and communication skills; Presentation skills; Training facilitation skills
    • Extras: Leadership, Research and Data Analytical Skills are desirable
