JOB SUMMARY

The Head of Sales and Marketing at Sunbeth Shipping Limited you will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing efforts to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets. The Sales Head will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies, manage the sales team, and lead marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and market presence in the shipping and logistics industry

JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Strategy and Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand customer base and increase market share in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive revenue growth.
• Set sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.

Team Leadership and Management:

• Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Provide leadership and direction to the sales team, including setting sales targets, managing performance, and conducting regular performance evaluations.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer focus within the sales team.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners in the shipping and logistics industry.
• Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts and handle customer escalations effectively.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead-generation activities.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and drive the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and pricing terms with customers.

Marketing and Branding:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the company's services and enhance brand awareness.
• Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, social media marketing, email campaigns, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer surveys to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
• Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform sales and marketing strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

• Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience, 8 years in a senior marketing role, with demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to build relationships both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Solid understanding of various marketing channels and their respective strengths and weaknesses.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in Shipping industries or relevant domains is a plus.

JOB SUMMARY

The chief security officer (CSO) will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic security program for the company and managing the physical security of the company assets. Oversee the management of physical security measures, including access controls, CCTV systems, and security personnel. Develop and maintain incident response plans, ensuring timely and effective responses to security breaches. • Develop, implement, and regularly update the organization's security strategy and policies.
• Ensuring that the company’s security policies comply with Federal Laws and Legislations.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Develop and execute risk mitigation plans to address identified risks.
• Oversee the day-to-day security operations, including physical security, access control, and surveillance systems.
•  Manage security personnel, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop and implement crisis management and response plans to address emergencies, including natural disasters, accidents, and security incidents.
• Implement training programs to educate employees on security best practices and emergency response procedures.
• Working with management to develop and implement an appropriate budget for the security program.
• Foster a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
• Conduct or oversee investigations into security incidents, breaches, and violations.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary 
• Evaluate, implement, and manage security technologies, such as surveillance systems, access control systems, and intrusion detection systems. 
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to security.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• A bachelor’s degree in safety management or a similar field. 
• Ex-service in Military or paramilitary.
• At least 5 years’ experience working as a Security Manager
• Proficiency in information management systems and knowledge of cybersecurity. 
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Exceptional managerial skills and the ability to lead a team. 
• Ability to research and stay up to date with security trends, as well as changing government and state laws.
