    Logistics Lead

    We are seeking an experienced Logistics Lead to spearhead the operationalization and commercialization of Logistics as a service on our platform. As the Logistics Lead, you will be responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive logistics strategy that optimizes the movement of goods on our platform from Sellers to Buyers on our platform. You will play a critical role in addressing the logistics challenges faced by distributors and retailers, driving efficiency, and unlocking new revenue streams for the company.

    Responsibilities

    Logistics Strategy and Planning

    • Identify key logistics pain points and opportunities within the trading ecosystem, particularly focusing on the challenges faced by distributors and retailers.
    • Create logistics service delivery frameworks as per local market and customer needs with an aim to drive fulfilment experience as a value proposition for our customers.
    • Collaboration & Co-ordination – The role holder must be able to develop and maintain a highly engaged dynamic with cross-functional teams such as Operations, TradeX, Retail Growth and Product to create a robust logistics strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and market needs.

    Operational Execution

    • Establish and maintain relationships with logistics partners, including carriers, warehouses, and third-party providers, to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation and storage solutions.
    • Oversee the operationalization of our logistics offering, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of services to customers.
    • Implement best practices and processes to optimize the movement of goods, minimize transit times, and reduce operational costs.

    Commercialization

    • Develop and execute strategies to commercialize our logistics offering, driving revenue growth and market penetration.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics space, including partnerships, value-added services, and premium offerings.
    • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with logistics partners to ensure competitive rates and favorable terms for the company.

    Performance Monitoring and Team Management

    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor the performance of our logistics operations.
    • Implement data-driven decision-making processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the logistics team, driving alignment with company goals and objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years prior experience in logistics management, with a proven track record of success in designing and executing logistics strategies.
    • Strong understanding of the logistics landscape in emerging markets, particularly in Nigeria, with experience in FMCG or retail sectors preferred.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Proven ability to drive business growth and commercialize new offerings in the logistics space.

    Marketing Manager

    We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and execution-focused Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the company’s strategic growth marketing initiatives by leading product launches, driving trade marketing excellence, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful commercial outcomes across Nigeria’s FMCG ecosystem, while collaborating with the sales team to optimize pipeline growth, lead generation, MQL to closed-won tracking through HubSpot, comprehensive reporting, and ABM strategies.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how technology is shaping the FMCG landscape, with strong relationships with industry stakeholders (commercial leaders, distributors, and trade partners) and demonstrated experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in fast-paced environments. The candidate must be both a strong manager and a strategic operator – able to coach teams, guide field execution, and deliver high-quality marketing that drives revenue and market penetration.

    Responsibilities

    Main Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales department to align marketing strategies with sales objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach towards pipeline growth and revenue targets.
    • Brand Building and Thought Leadership: Develop thought leadership content, trade event strategies, and executive engagements to position RedAI as the industry-led AI-solution driving FMCG transformation.
    • GTM Strategy and Product Launch Management: Lead end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) planning for new product releases, features, and commercial programs, ensuring every launch has clear KPIs, monitoring dashboards, and a strong post-launch evaluation framework.
    • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Develop and implement ABM strategies to engage key target accounts, personalise marketing efforts, and drive revenue growth. Work closely with sales to identify target accounts, create account-specific marketing plans, and measure the success of ABM campaigns.
    • Lead Generation: Develop and execute effective lead generation campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, and ABM initiatives.
    • MQL to Closed-Won Tracking: Accurately track MQLs through to closed-won opportunities and utilise HubSpot to monitor lead progression and optimise the sales funnel, engaging actively with the sales team.
    • Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey, including video content, customer advocacy tesimonials, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, webinars, and personalised content.
    • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement, generate leads, and support sales efforts. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to maximise ROI.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and initiatives. Generate regular reports to track progress against goals, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

    Key Skills & Experience

    • Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot, and experience in managing MQL to closed-won processes.
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
    • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead teams and effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Sales, Product Marketing, Operations and Customer Experience.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
