As part of our strategic transformation, we are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to oversee the company’s operations, manage teams effectively, and drive sustainable growth.
The Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all business functions of Lamlan Digital Solutions, Nigeria.
This includes responsibility for business development, client service delivery, operational efficiency, and people management.
The operations manger will work closely with the executive team to reposition the agency for growth, strengthen internal systems, and ensure excellence in all deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and direction for the company, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations across different teams, ensuring efficiency, speed, quality, and profitability.
Manage and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.
Implement effective business structures, processes, and standard operating procedures.
Drive revenue growth through new business development, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
Ensure high-quality client service delivery and build long-term client relationships.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to guide business strategy.
Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Management.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
A postgraduate Degree (MBA) will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years progressive leadership experience in a digital agency, communications or marketing environment.
Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
Combined strongknowledge of social media management, digital marketing, business development and sales strategy
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
