    Operations Manager

    Job Summary

    • As part of our strategic transformation, we are seeking a highly capable Operations Manager to oversee the company’s operations, manage teams effectively, and drive sustainable growth.
    • The Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all business functions of Lamlan Digital Solutions, Nigeria.
    • This includes responsibility for business development, client service delivery, operational efficiency, and people management.
    • The operations manger will work closely with the executive team to reposition the agency for growth, strengthen internal systems, and ensure excellence in all deliverables.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide overall leadership and direction for the company, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations across different teams, ensuring efficiency, speed, quality, and profitability.
    • Manage and motivate teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance excellence.
    • Implement effective business structures, processes, and standard operating procedures.
    • Drive revenue growth through new business development, client acquisition, and retention strategies.
    • Ensure high-quality client service delivery and build long-term client relationships.
    • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
    • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to guide business strategy.
    • Prepare and present regular performance reports to the Management.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, (Digital) Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • A postgraduate Degree (MBA) will be an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years progressive leadership experience in a digital agency, communications or marketing environment.
    • Proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
    • Combined strongknowledge of social media management, digital marketing, business development and sales strategy
    • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and people management skills.
    • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
