    Online Promotion Specialist / User Acquisition Specialist

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for planning and executing promotional strategies for the company's online products to enhance brand awareness and acquire new users through multiple channels.
    • This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing and user growth, as well as strong data analysis skills to optimize promotional effectiveness continuously.
    • Responsibilities
    • Design and implement online promotion plans based on market goals and user profiles, including but not limited to social media, search engines, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Acquire potential users and drive conversions to registered or paying users by utilizing various online channels, such as Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
    • Use data analysis tools to monitor promotional effectiveness across channels, analyze key metrics like user acquisition cost and conversion rate, and adjust strategies based on data feedback to optimize the acquisition process.
    • Plan and execute user growth initiatives, including online events, viral campaigns, and referral rewards to increase user engagement, retention, and repeat purchase rate.

    Requirements

    • 1+ years of experience in online promotion or digital marketing, familiar with major promotional channels and tools.
    • Strong data analysis skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a creative mindset and strong execution skills.
    • Passion for soccer and experience in the betting industry preferred.

    Sales Director

    Job Summary

    • The objective is to align sales goals with company strategy and increase both customer acquisition and monthly/ annual revenue.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop sales policies that serve as a guideline to achieve overall sales objectives.
    • Ability to Manage, mentor, and motivate the Sales team.
    • Collaborate with the Business Development Managers to penetrate existing and new markets.
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on agents’ acquisition and maintenance of agent’s database.
    • Identify opportunities, onboard, and develop relationships with prospective agents to achieve company-wide sales targets and maximize sales opportunities.
    • Set and monitor weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives/KPIs for the team to drive sales growth.

    • Leverage changes in the Lotto Industry for business opportunities.
    • Sales reporting and analytics.
    • Periodic review of sales performance by analyzing performance reports.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to remain at the forefront of agent acquisition in the sports betting industry.

    Person Specifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any other business-related field.
    • Minimum of 7 years relevant sales, marketing, Customer/Agent acquisition experience Job Description.
    • Possess extensive sales knowledge in the Lotto/Sportbet Industry.
    • Experience acquiring agents within the Lotto Industry.
    • Ability to meet targets and work within defined deadlines.
    • Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
