    Life Guard / Gym Insructor

    Responsibilties

    • Monitor the pool area to prevent accidents and respond to emergencies promptly.
    • Conduct regular maintenance checks on pool and gym equipment.
    • Design and implement fitness programs tailored to guests' needs.
    • Enforce facility rules and safety protocols in the pool and gym.
    • Assist guests with exercise techniques and proper use of equipment.
    • Maintain accurate records of pool water quality and gym equipment usage.
    • Conduct swimming lessons or fitness classes as required.
    • Report incidents or maintenance needs to management.
    • Promote wellness programs to boost guest engagement.
    • Perform other duties assigned by the Recreation Manager, Operations Manager or relevant Authorities.

    Job Description

    • We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team.
    • The Cook will be responsible for preparing meals, ensuring high-quality food standards, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure food safety, including proper storage, handling, and temperature control.

    • Customer Satisfaction: Assist in ensuring that all meals are served on time and meet customer expectations.
    • Daily Prep Work: Prepare ingredients in advance for daily service, ensuring readiness for peak periods.
    • Special Dietary Requirements: Be aware of and cater to special dietary needs or allergies for customers, ensuring that all meals are prepared with care.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Education: High School diploma or equivalent. A culinary degree or certification is a plus.

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    Account Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions across all SBUs
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice tracking and vendor reconciliation
    • Monitor cash flow and perform bank reconciliations
    • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
    • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accuracy in statutory deductions
    • Maintain up-to-date and organized accounting records and supporting documentation
    • Collaborate with department heads for budget compliance and financial reporting
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant financial regulations
    • Flag any inconsistencies or financial risks to the Head of Accoun

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar accounting role, preferably in a multi-sector environment
    • Progress toward or membership in a professional body (ICAN, ACCA) is an advantage
    • Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
    • Strong sense of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
