    Lead Architect

    Salary: 600,000 - 1,000,000
    Experience Required: Minimum of 5 Years

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Architect to lead architectural design, coordination, and site execution on complex construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, proven site experience, and the ability to translate design intent into high-quality built outcomes while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead architectural design development from concept through construction and project completion.
    • Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and design documentation.
    • Ensure designs comply with statutory requirements, building codes, and client specifications.
    • Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance during construction, including regular site inspections.
    • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
    • Review shop drawings, material submissions, and mock-ups for compliance with design intent.
    • Resolve architectural design issues arising on site and issue clarifications as required.
    • Support value engineering, cost optimization, and constructability reviews.
    • Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout construction stages.
    • Prepare progress reports and contribute to project meetings and technical reviews.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience in architectural design and construction.
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
    • Full professional registration and relevant certification (e.g., NIA, ARCON or equivalent).
    • Strong site-based experience on large-scale building and/or infrastructure projects.
    • Proven experience working within multidisciplinary construction teams.
    • Excellent knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methodologies.
    • Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
    • Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.

    Senior Accountant

    Salary:  NGN 500,000 - 600,000

    Job Summary

    We are seeking detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountants to manage day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support management in decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with 5 to 10 years on Job.

    • Minimum Qualification : Degree
    • Experience Level : Senior level
    • Experience Length : 5 years

    Responsibilities:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
    • Handle accounts payable and receivable; process vendor invoices and staff claims.
    • Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    • Monitor inventory, costing, and fixed assets for accuracy (especially in manufacturing and construction).
    • Prepare and file statutory returns (VAT, WHT, PAYE, Pension, etc.) in compliance with Nigerian tax laws.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions.
    • Support both internal and external audits by providing required schedules and explanations.
    • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.
    • Perform any other finance-related duties as assigned by management.

    Requirements:

    • B.Sc. or HND in Accounting from a reputable institution.
    • 5-6 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
    • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, reconciliations, and statutory deductions.
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems).
    • High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must reside on Lagos Island or environs.
    • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, or in view) is an added advantage.
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables dashboards financial models)
    • Strong proficiency in accounting software (Sage QuickBooks)

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
