    Maintenance Manager

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Maintenance Manager ensures all mechanical, electrical, and plant equipment—including generators, pumps, compressors, trucks, and facility systems—are properly maintained for safe and efficient operations. The role manages preventive and corrective maintenance programs, supervises installations and repairs, reduces equipment downtime, ensures compliance with safety standards, and supports continuous improvement. The Manager leads the maintenance team, coordinates contractors, maintains equipment records, and contributes to policy and system standardization across all sites.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Oversee the condition, performance, and maintenance of all plant equipment.
    • Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance to minimize downtime.
    • Ensure all maintenance requests are logged and tracked via the incident request system.
    • Support cost tracking, job quality assurance, and equipment documentation updates.
    • Install, repair, troubleshoot, and modify mechanical equipment (compressors, pumps, generators, trucks, piping systems).
    • Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations.
    • Interpret mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic drawings and P&IDs.
    • Develop and update SOPs and maintenance job plans.
    • Lead maintenance activities and supervise technicians.
    • Interface with contractors for planned job execution.
    • Improve preventive maintenance plans and lubrication programs.
    • Enforce HSE rules through Visible Felt Leadership (VFL).
    • Monitor KPI performance and support long/short-term shutdown planning.
    • Perform equipment energy isolation and ensure compliance with quality standards.

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Terminal Manager oversees the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of the LPG/Propane/LNG storage terminal at Ijora. The role manages marine unloading via jetty pipelines, storage systems, truck loading operations, cryogenic pipeline management, fire and process safety systems, and control room operations. It ensures seamless coordination between vessel operations, terminal activities, and truck evacuation while maintaining high standards of safety, reliability, and product quality. The role provides leadership to all terminal staff and ensures regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

    KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Lead all terminal staff and ensure strict compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards.
    • Monitor terminal performance, equipment health, and product quality.
    • Oversee cryogenic LNG pipelines and ensure temperatures remain at design levels.
    • Develop and implement SOPs for terminal operations (LPG/CNG/LNG storage, blending, filling, transloading, dispatch).
    • Manage LNG boil-off gas and control natural gas pipeline send-out rates when required.
    • Analyse operational data, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
    • Coordinate maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
    • Collaborate with Supply Chain and Logistics on stock management and product distribution.
    • Prepare operational reports and present performance updates to management.
    • Recruit, train, and appraise terminal staff while enforcing strong HSE culture.
    • Conduct audits, site inspections, and performance reviews across the terminal.

    Specific Operational Responsibilities

    • Manage all terminal operations including vessel unloading, pipeline transfer, and product storage.
    • Oversee four truck-loading bays to maximize throughput and efficiency.
    • Maintain cryogenic pipeline temperatures and ensure equipment availability through preventive maintenance.
    • Coordinate with jetty teams for safe and timely vessel discharge.
    • Ensure accurate calibration and functioning of loading, metering, and measurement equipment.
    • Provide ongoing safety training and process safety briefings.
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports.
    • Maintain internationally acceptable tolerances for product measurement during receipt and loadout.
    • Ensure adherence to SOPs and awareness of NFPA58 (LPG) and NFPA59A (LNG).

    Safety & Compliance

    • Enforce all fire protection, process safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Ensure emergency response systems are functional and staff are trained.
    • Monitor and maintain all regulatory permits and certifications.

    People & Stakeholder Management

    • Develop and lead terminal teams, ensuring accountability and high performance.
    • Manage staffing schedules, competency development, and training needs.
    • Serve as primary liaison with regulators, suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

    KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

    Plant Accountant

    JOB SUMMARY

    • The Plant Accountant oversees inventory reconciliation, cash management, and bookkeeping for the plant. Responsibilities include managing all categories of stock (in tank, in truck, in transit), handling cash and electronic payments, and recording all sales and stock movements using Sage and other company-approved systems.
