    Role Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Content Lead to own the company’s social media presence end-to-end.
    • This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing content, managing all platforms, and ensuring consistent posting, high-quality storytelling, and strong brand representation online.
    • The ideal candidate is both a content creator and a social media manager—someone who can independently generate ideas, shoot quick-form content when needed, and work with the in-house content producer on more structured shoots.

    Key Responsibilities
    Social Media Management:

    • Own and manage all company social media platforms

    • Write captions, manage comments and DMs, and ensure timely responses

    Content Creation & Production:

    • Create short-form content independently (reels, TikTok-style videos, quick product or behind-the-scenes clips)
    • Develop content ideas, scripts, and storytelling concepts
    • Work closely with the in-house videographer/photographer for planned shoots
    • Repurpose existing content across platforms
    • Ensure content quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

    Campaign Execution:

    Reporting & Performance Tracking:

    • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media performance
    • Track engagement and recommend improvements.

    Brand Representation:

    • Ensure all messaging and visuals reflect brand standards

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • 2 – 4 years experience managing brand social media accounts
    • Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content

    About the Role

    • Our client is seeking experienced Sales Representatives (Modern Trade) to drive growth and customer acquisition across major cities in Nigeria.
    • This role requires performing individuals with knowledge of the modern trade landscape in their assigned location, a strong track record in FMCG sales, and the ability to open, nurture, and grow key customer accounts in modern trade channels.

    Key Responsibilities

    Preferred Criteria:

    • Should have an existing portfolio of clients in modern trade within the city.
