    Legal Assitant Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare a range of legal documents; including wills, summons, complaints, responses, and witness summons, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
    • Prepare materials for trial proceedings, including organizing documents, compiling evidence, and verifying factual information to support case accuracy.
    • Conducts research and compiles information to support and strengthen the case for the assigned lawyer.
    • Maintains clear communication with lawyers and clients to ensure everyone is kept informed and up to date.
    • Manages attorneys’ schedules and appointments while organizing and maintaining legal files and documents to support efficient case management.
    • Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
    • Track deadlines and manages case calendars while assisting in the preparation of trial materials and exhibits.
    • Maintains strict adherence to data protection laws while handling confidential information.

    Requirements

    • Associate's degree or higher in paralegal studies or a related field.
    • A 1st class or 2nd class upper degree.
    • Certification from a recognized paralegal organization.
    • Proficiency in conducting legal research and producing well-written legal materials.
    • Experienced in leveraging legal software and technology to support case management.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

    Responsibilities

    • Create engaging and persuasive content for ads, websites, social media platforms, and various marketing channels.
    • Conduct in-depth research on products, target audiences, and market trends to produce informed, impactful content.
    • Review client briefs to confirm project scope is well-defined and desired outcomes are clearly established.
    • Revamp and refresh website content and company materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
    • Collaborate with designers, marketing teams, and clients to ensure consistency in messaging and creative strategy.
    • Ensure a unified brand voice is maintained across all content and platforms.
    • Bring fresh ideas to the table during brainstorming sessions to spark compelling campaign concepts.

    Requirements

    • A bachelor’s degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field.

    • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) techniques to improve online presence and visibility.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

    • Effectively manage priorities to complete assignments based on their level of importance.
    • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), word processing software, and basic HTML.
    • Knowledge of various social media platforms and their specific content guidelines.
