    Brand Designer

    At Lendha, design isn’t decoration—it’s how trust is built. We’re looking for a Brand Designer who can bring our brand to life through strong visual systems and engaging motion content across digital touchpoints.

    This role sits at the intersection of brand identity, visual design, and motion, working closely with marketing, product, and content teams to create assets that are clear, consistent, and memorable

    What You’ll Do

    Brand & Visual Design

    • Design high-quality brand and marketing assets for social media, campaigns, and product communication
    • Maintain and apply Lendha’s brand guidelines across all visual outputs
    • Translate briefs into clean, effective visual concepts aligned with brand tone

    Motion & Video

    • Create motion graphics, animations, and short videos for social media and campaigns
    • Develop animated social posts, explainers, and lightweight product videos
    • Translate static designs and illustrations into engaging motion content
    • Support basic video edits where needed

    Collaboration & Execution

    • Work closely with Content, Social Media, Product, and Marketing teams
    • Manage feedback, revisions, and deadlines efficiently
    • Organize and maintain design and motion assets
    • Contribute creative ideas to improve visual storytelling and brand presence

    Qualifications

    Who You Are

    • 2 Years+ experience as a Creative, Brand Designer
    • Strong understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and brand consistency
    • Proficient with tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, or similar
    • Solid grasp of basic animation and motion design principles
    • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
    • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

    Bonus Points If You Have

    • Experience designing for fintech, startups, or digital-first brands
    • Experience creating content for social media and performance marketing
    • Exposure to brand systems, identity refreshes, or rebrands
    • A portfolio that shows both strong static design and motion work

    Social Media & Content Creator

    We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Creator who is both creative and data-driven. Someone who can turn ideas into content, content into engagement, and engagement into growth.

    This role owns our digital voice across social platforms and works closely with marketing, product, and leadership to make sure Lendha shows up clearly, consistently, and credibly.

    What You’ll Do

    Content & Social Media

    • Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and email

    • Plan, schedule, and publish content aligned with brand guidelines
    • Develop monthly content calendars and campaign timelines
    • Create short-form videos, graphics, reels, and written posts

    Community & Brand

    • Manage daily posting and respond to comments, DMs, and mentions
    • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
    • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity
    • Support product launches, announcements, and campaigns

    Growth & Performance

    • Track performance across platforms and email campaigns
    • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with insights
    • Optimize content based on data and audience behavior

    Collaboration

    • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Design, and Customer Support
    • Support paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations (where needed)

    Qualifications

    • Min of 2 years experience in content creation and social media management
    • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
    • Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar
    • Familiarity with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
    • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills
    • Experience with fintech, startups, or B2B brands is a strong plus

    Bonus Points If You Have

    • Experience running or supporting paid social campaigns
    • Email marketing experience
    • Influencer or brand partnership coordination
    • A portfolio that shows growth, engagement, or campaign impact
