    Senior Property Manager

    About The Role

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management team.
    • This is a senior leadership role responsible for the effective management of a diverse residential and/or commercial property portfolio, delivering exceptional client service, and leading high-performing teams.
    • You will act as a trusted advisor to property owners, ensuring assets are well managed, compliant, and optimised to achieve clients’ investment objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Take overall responsibility for the management of assigned residential and commercial property portfolios.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
    • Oversee rent collection, service charge administration, budgeting, and financial reporting.
    • Lead, supervise, and develop Property Managers, Officers, and site teams.
