We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Senior Property Manager to join our Property Management team.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for the effective management of a diverse residential and/or commercial property portfolio, delivering exceptional client service, and leading high-performing teams.
You will act as a trusted advisor to property owners, ensuring assets are well managed, compliant, and optimised to achieve clients’ investment objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Take overall responsibility for the management of assigned residential and commercial property portfolios.
Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
Oversee rent collection, service charge administration, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Lead, supervise, and develop Property Managers, Officers, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, health & safety regulations, and internal governance standards.
Manage contractors and service providers, ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards.
Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and performance reviews to clients.
Handle escalated tenant and client issues and ensure timely resolution.
Identify opportunities to enhance asset value, improve efficiencies, and support business growth.
Support the onboarding of new properties and handover of new developments into management.
Person Specification
Candidates should possess a Degree in Estate Management.
Professional membership (NIESV, RICS) is required.
Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in property management, with proven experience managing large or complex portfolios.
Strong leadership and people management capability.
Excellent client relationship, communication, and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of service charge management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
Highly organised, commercially aware, and detail-oriented.
