    Medical Laboratory Technician

    Responsibilties

    • The role provides assistance in the laboratory.
    • To assist the laboratory scientists in performing routine tests
    • Prepare and organize samples for analyzes
    • Maintain cleanliness and ordiliness in the laboratory
    • Perform basic equipment checks and report any issues.

    Qualifications

    • Interested candidates should possess an OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.

    Occupational Health Nurse

    Responsibilities

    • Providing general nursing care to Clients and patients in the clinic.
    • Administering prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
    • Performing initial assessment and vitals of clients and patients
    • Operating and ensuring all Occupational Health, medical equipment are properly maintained
    • Ensuring optimal levels of OH supplies and implements restocking as necessary
    • Ensuring that emergency drug kits are well stocked and managed to prevent expiry.
    • Managing inventory for consumables in OH /General Nursing department with the supervision of the Clinic Manager.
    • Keeping a daily log of equipment and ensure they are in good condition at all times by following stipulated organisation guidelines for each equipment
    • Managing the database, exit and entry for all clinic equipment, and track location at all times
    • Planning and coordinating care including routine monitoring and follow up of patients with care plans
    • Coordinating Preventive health checks including cervical screening and immunization
    • Providing advice, information and instruction on safety issues to patients and clients.
    • Supporting in the application of safety procedures, reporting and investigating incidents, suturing, injuries and hazards.
    • Providing provision of emergency procedures, first-aid facilities, safety signs, relevant protective clothing and equipment, and incident reporting.
    • Ensuring the work place satisfies health and safety requirements for ventilation, temperature, lighting, sanitary, washing and rest facility
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Key Account Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Drive sales of Antigen Rapid Diagnostic Test kits and other OH products/services.
    • Expand client base across Diagnostics and OH business lines.
    • Foster client loyalty by addressing pain points and delivering proactive solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring accessibility and responsiveness.
    • Manage key corporate accounts, maintaining strong relationships and account health.
    • Develop and implement systems to track and resolve client complaints.
    • Maintain constant availability to address client inquiries, concerns, and support requests.
    • Liaise with Operations to ensure prompt resolution of operational challenges.
    • Collaborate with the Sales Team on client contract development, review, and documentation.
    • Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring all necessary documentation is updated and accessible.
    • Maintain a checklist and calendar of all relevant regulatory and compliance documents to avoid expiration or oversight.
    • Conduct market research and analysis to monitor performance, identify new markets, and propose innovations.
    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with market demands and organizational capabilities.
    • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure and collections.
    • Develop and maintain sales pipelines based on segmented industries and categories.
    • Initiate and drive business development strategies to convert leads into paying clients.
    • Identify opportunities for new campaigns, services, and sales/distribution channels to boost revenue.

    Requirements

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
    • 4-6 years work experience.
