Civil Engineer at a Real Estate Company

We are seeking an experienced and highly competent Civil Engineer to join our growing real estate development team in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in delivering construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Requirements 

• Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience in civil engineering and construction
• Proven experience working on real estate and building projects
• Strong ability to lead and coordinate construction projects on site
• Excellent project management and supervision skills
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and related tools)
• Sound knowledge of structural design and construction methods
• Ability to manage contractors, consultants, and site personnel
• Strong understanding of construction standards, safety regulations, and quality control.

Qualifications 

• BSc or HND in Civil Engineering
• MSc in Civil/Structural Engineering (added advantage)
• COREN registration

Key Responsibilities 

• Plan, supervise, and manage construction projects from start to finish
• Prepare and review structural designs, drawings, and specifications
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Coordinate site activities and enforce health and safety compliance
• Provide technical leadership and problem-solving on site
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and regulatory authorities
