    Sales and Customer Service Representative

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a friendly and outgoing Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Specialty Coffee, a high-end restaurant.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant.
    • Your employment duties consist of duties listed in the Job Responsibilities; however, this list is not to be taken as fixed or exhaustive and you will be expected to perform any reasonable employment task given to you by Management.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinates the activities of the customer service sales team to align with company objective
    • Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer/client to recommend appropriate goods and services according to Mai Shayi Coffee Roasters Limited offerings
    • Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease

    Cleaner / Kitchen Assistant

    Job Overview

    • We are looking to hire a dedicated and reliable Cleaner / Kitchen Assistant to assist the cook with ingredient preparation and perform all washing and cleaning duties required in the kitchen.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure cleanliness of surroundings and sterilization/sanitation of kitchen prep area and food trays.
    • Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
    • Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.

    Cafe Manager and Assistant Cafe Manager

    Job Overview

    • We are looking for a Cafe Manager to organize daily operations and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage day-to-day operations of the cafe
