Operations Officer at The People Practice

Our client, in the Energytech industry is looking to hire an Operations Officer who will support operations, vendor management, pilot site coordination, documentation, and coordination across all MVP workstreams.  

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day MVP execution across hardware, platform, and operations
• Track tasks, timelines, and sprint plans
• Support vendor and installer onboarding
• Maintain procurement logs and field operations documents
• Prepare structured weekly and monthly reports
• Support customer onboarding for pilot deployments
• Maintain documentation (PRDs, SOPs, UX, contracts)
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, follow up on action items

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in operations, project coordination, or admin
• Lagos-based & able to support occasional field visits
• Familiarity with Notion/Asana/Sheets is an advantage 

Must have skills

• Strong communication & documentation skills
• Organised, proactive, able to handle multiple work-streams
