    Recruitment Specialist

    Job Summary

    • As the Recruitment Specialist you will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, managers and HR on all aspects of internal and external recruitment.
    • You will act as a subject matter expert for recruitment and help to improve and implement the current process, championing best practice recruitment and striving to deliver a fantastic customer and candidate experience.
    • Candidate must be able to plan and prioritize against customer targets, manage candidates against tight timelines, have demonstrated ability to use metrics to drive and show results, while remaining calm in times of high volume and ambiguity.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruitment process from requisition through to the on- boarding of candidates.
    • Headhunting for talent, targeting passive candidates, and approaching specific markets and organizations for roles and succession gaps.
    • Responsible for arranging interviews and conducting competency-based interviews as well as identifying and implementing screening assessments where appropriate
    • Applying expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates worldwide via a variety of direct sourcing methods including advertising on job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and headhunting.
    • To maintain excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees, and candidates
    • Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and develop and implement solutions.
    • Proactively execute on talent priorities while maintaining alignment with the business strategy and changing needs
    • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of relevant trackers, talent management and applicant tracking systems.

    Job Requirements

    • A Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent in a relevant discipline
    • Two plus years of prior recruiting experience or a talent consultative role (high-volume, technical roles) highly preferred.
    • Incredible people skills and clear passion for your work
    • Ideally, a proven track record of recruiting for consulting or a similar industry
    • Exposure to global recruitment practice and experience of working within global Organizations.
    • Experience of direct sourcing methods (LinkedIn, social media, etc.)

    Client Service Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Client Service Executive works with the HRBP to align business objectives with resources and management in designated organizations and develops solutions based on customers’ strategic business and technical requirements ascertained from working with multiple business units across the customer's organization.
    • Also, the Client Service Executive resumes in the client’s office, supervises seconded staff and will be responsible for the employee life cycle.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Recruitment and Onboarding of staff on behalf of clients managed.
    • Ensure that all Resource Details are captured on HRIS.

    Job Requirements

    • CIPM Certification is an added advantage.

    Sales / Social Media Associate

    About Role

    • In this role, under the supervision of the sales manager/C.E.O., you to assist in recommending product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential.
    • As well as striving to maintain good relationships with existing clients, gaining repeat business wherever possible.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
    • Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
    • Answer phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
    • Advise customers by providing information on products by building confidence; offering suggestions and options.
    • Stay knowledgeable about all products and services.
    • Document sale by creating, updating customer profile records and sending invoice and following
      up on payments.
    • Process payments by totalling purchases; processing cash and store or other credit cards.
    • Keep clientele informed by notifying them to preferred customer sales and future merchandise of
      potential interest.
    • Ensure the work area or shop space is clean and organized at all times.
    • Market offers to other businesses and clients; especially during festive periods.

    • Record inventory records and communicate low stock to supervisor.

    • Take orders from the website, pack and deliver them to the client.
    • To communicate all orders to the delivery company; diligently writing the name, phone no, and
      address of the recipient.
    • Responsible for booking, receiving, tracking and stocking all items ordered to determine shipment
      status.
    • Involved in reconciliation of physical stock with the stock in the system and warehouse.
    • Notify the supervisor when stock levels are down in order to restock.
    • Record expiration dates of products and notify team when products are reaching the end of their
      shelf life.
    • Scheduling in-store deliveries and packages to be shipped out.
    • Resolves escalated or difficult issues regarding client complaints and other matters.
    • Assist in taking pictures, editing and preparing them to be posted on social media channels.
    • Assist to plan, coordinate and manage a schedule of activities across all social media platforms
      such as Instagram, and WhatsApp.
    • Liaise with the inventory, logistics and procurement team for delivery to client’s/customers
      destinations.
    • Ensure detailed submission of weekly/monthly sales report (data analytics & analysis of monthly
      sales) to the Management.
    • Ensure the business always has adequate and suitable resources to run efficiently (e.g. people,
      material, equipment etc.).
    • Work with the sales team to close sales and ensure the target is met.
    • Manage and resolve customer complaints. Give final judgement on resolution to customer
      complaints resulting from purchases.

    Requirements

    • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years work experience.
    • Previous work experience in the gifting industry/sales and marketing.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent team building, interpersonal, good negotiation, organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to navigate a fluid, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
    • Excellent client satisfaction and customer service.
    • Ability to work as part of a team and individually.
