    Job Summary

    • We're seeking a Logistics Clerk to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining our operational efficiency and supporting our daily logistics activities. As a Logistics Clerk, you'll be responsible for coordinating and executing key logistics tasks. This role demands attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Data Entry & Record Keeping: Accurately maintain logs, schedules, and other data records related to logistics and shipments.
    • Inventory Management: Assist in managing stock levels, tracking incoming and outgoing shipments, and coordinating with warehouse staff.
    • Documentation Support: Prepare and file necessary paperwork for shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and manifests.
    • Customer Interaction: Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their shipments and respond to inquiries professionally.
    • Team Coordination: Collaborate with logistics team members to ensure the seamless flow of goods from arrival to delivery.

    Requirements

    • Qualifications: Minimum of an SSCE or equivalent, with basic computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel, Word).
    • Experience: Prior experience in a logistics or clerical role is an advantage but not mandatory.
    • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

    Accountant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join their team as an Account Officer.
    • In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the management of their accounting functions.
    • The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage inventory efficiently.

    Responsibilies

    • Main finance point of contact with the office staff and Top Management
    • Direct management of Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, and General Ledger.
    • Prepare monthly balance sheets of income and expenditure
    • Support in the production of tax reports
    • Payroll Accounting
    • Proactively suggest ideas for process improvement, sealing losses, and increasing income

    Requirements

    • BSc / HND in Accounting, Finance or any related field
    • Excellent written and verbal communicator
    • Change management experience is desirable
    • Candidates must have a recognized accounting qualification
    • Computer literate and proficient with accounting software in addition to Microsoft applications - Google Sheets, and Google Docs
