We are seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Secretary to join our team.
This role requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage various administrative tasks to support the team in daily operations, as well as attend symposiums and industry meetings.
The ideal candidate will be presentable, courteous, and capable of representing our company professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Manage schedules, set up meetings, and handle calendar coordination for the executive team.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and general correspondence professionally.
Assist with preparing documents, maintaining records, and managing filing systems.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for company events and business meetings.
Support planning and logistics for meetings and events, ensuring efficient follow-through.
Requirements
Minimum OND in Office Administration, Business Studies, or related field
1-2 years in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within a corporate environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions
Punctual, reliable, adaptable, and capable of handling confidential information.
