    Technical Product Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the development and scaling of Kredete’s stablecoin infrastructure products.
    • This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, product strategy, and execution skills.
    • You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and partnerships teams to design, deliver, and scale stablecoin-based payment rails, APIs, and B2B/B2C solutions across multiple corridors.
    • This is a high-impact role where you’ll be shaping the backbone of financial infrastructure across Africa, enabling millions to move money globally with stablecoins.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own the product vision and roadmap for stablecoin infrastructure, including wallets, on/off-ramps, cross-border APIs, credit-linked stablecoin products, and settlement rails.
    • Define KPIs, product goals, and measurable outcomes for adoption, transaction volumes, uptime, and scalability.
    • Stay ahead of emerging trends in stablecoins, DeFi, and cross-border payment standards to inform product direction.
    • Translate abstract strategies into clear product requirements for engineering and design teams.
    • Manage sprint planning, dependencies, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
    • Produce structured documentation of product decisions, requirements, and compliance alignment.
    • Partner with design to ensure intuitive, consistent, and accessible UI/UX flows.
    • Drive the design of secure, scalable, and reliable stablecoin infrastructure (wallet services, ledgers, audit trails).
    • Oversee integrations with banking partners, blockchain networks, payment processors, and KYC/KYB providers.
    • Ensure resiliency, high availability, and security of all infrastructure components.
    • Support scalability across multi-currency corridors and optimize settlement costs.
    • Act as the bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Provide roadmap updates, delivery timelines, and adoption metrics to leadership and partners.
    • Collaborate with business development to onboard enterprise/API clients and support smooth integrations.
    • Build client-facing documentation, guides, and FAQs to reduce support friction.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, payments, blockchain, or financial infrastructure.
    • Strong technical background (Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) with ability to engage deeply with engineers.
    • Hands-on experience with stablecoins, crypto custody, fiat on/off-ramps, cross-border payments, or core banking systems.
    • Proven track record of shipping high-scale financial infrastructure products with measurable adoption.
    • Proficiency with PM tools (Jira, Confluence, Notion) and API testing tools (Postman).
    • Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (AML/KYC, MSB/EMI, FATF) in the context of stablecoin products.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
    • Experience in fast-paced startup environments, leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Prior experience with blockchain networks (Ethereum, Solana, Layer-2s) and stablecoins (USDC, USDT).
    • Knowledge of liquidity management, FX, and settlement flows for cross-border payments.
    • Familiarity with API documentation tools (Swagger, GitBook, Postman collections).
    • Strong API design and technical documentation skills.
    • Exposure to credit products for underbanked and financial inclusion use cases.
    • Proficiency with collaboration tools (Slack, Figma, Notion).
    • Demonstrated ability to scale products across multi-country, multi-currency corridors.

    Growth Product Manager

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking an experienced Growth Product Manager (GPM) to own adoption, retention, and engagement across all Kredete products — including the consumer mobile app, corporate B2B platform, and stablecoin infrastructure.
    • This is a highly cross-functional role.
    • The GPM will track product usage, analyze customer behavior, and lead growth initiatives to increase engagement, reduce churn, and ensure our products deliver sustained value.
    • The role combines data-driven product management, growth experimentation, and cross-team leadership.
    • You will be accountable for usage KPIs such as activation rate, retention (Day 7/30/90), DAU/WAU/MAU ratios, feature adoption, churn reduction, drop-off optimization, and NPS.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Own Kredete’s end-to-end analytics framework across all platforms.
    • Implement and optimize tracking using Mixpanel, Clevertap, Amplitude, GA4, Firebase, or Looker.
    • Define and monitor growth metrics (activation, retention, DAU/WAU/MAU, feature adoption, churn, NPS).
    • Identify and resolve drop-off points and friction in customer journeys.
    • Produce detailed, actionable reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Lead growth experiments (A/B tests, funnel experiments, pricing/product adoption tests).
    • Own conversion funnels from acquisition through activation, retention, and referral.
    • Drive adoption of underused features and combat drop-offs with targeted improvements.
    • Recommend and prioritize data-backed product changes to drive retention and reduce churn.
    • Partner with marketing to design campaigns aligned with product growth objectives.
    • Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer success to deliver usage-driven improvements.
    • Translate insights into clear PRDs and manage disciplined sprint execution.
    • Ensure timely delivery of growth initiatives with structured documentation and reporting.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • 5+ years of experience in product management, growth, analytics, or strategy roles.
    • Proven track record of scaling product adoption and engagement across multiple product lines.
    • Strong expertise with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, GA4, Looker, Tableau, Metabase).
    • Deep experience in funnel optimization, A/B testing, and growth experimentation.
    • Strong analytical skills; able to build clear, presentation-ready dashboards and extract insights using SQL, Excel, or BI tools.
    • Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Experience leading cross-functional growth squads in high-growth environments (startups or scale-ups).
    • Generalist experience across consumer products, B2B SaaS platforms, and financial infrastructure is a plus.
    • Familiarity with fintech, payments, or crypto is advantageous but not required.

    Security Engineer

    About the Role

    • We are seeking an accomplished Security Engineer to lead our security architecture and protect the integrity of our payment, remittance, and financial systems. In this role, you will define the company’s security strategy, ensure compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS, SOC 2, ISO 27001), and safeguard sensitive financial and customer data.
    • You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, DevOps, and compliance teams to embed security-by-design across platforms, applications, and payment infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Define and own the security engineering roadmap aligned with regulatory and payment industry requirements.
    • Act as the security authority for fintech products, APIs, and payment integrations.
    • Mentor and guide engineering teams on secure coding practices, fraud prevention, and compliance-driven development.
    • Design secure, scalable, and resilient architectures for remittance and payment processing systems.

    • Support internal and external audits, working directly with compliance and regulators.
    • Develop and enforce policies, standards, and security playbooks specific to fintech operations.

    Required Qualifications

    • 10+ years of experience in security engineering, with at least 3+ years in a principal or lead role within fintech, banking, or payments.

    • Deep understanding of PCI DSS controls, encryption, tokenization, and HSMs.
    • Expertise in cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes).

    • Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) and security automation in CI/CD pipelines.

    Preferred Qualifications:
