Job Description

• We are seeking an innovative and experienced Poulty Farm Manager to join our team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring animal welfare, monitoring production levels, and implementing health and safety standards in the poultry farm.
• This is a full-time, on-site role located at Ife, Osun state.

Qualifications

• BSc / MSc Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, or a relevant field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in similar role
• Poultry Farm Management, Animal Welfare, and Production Monitoring skills
• First-hand experience in the management of broilers and point of lay birds from egg fertilization to point of sale, point of cage and point of sale.
• Operating facility equipment and maintenance.
• Drug and Vaccine Administration.
• Must have knowledge of poultry feed formulation.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards in poultry farming.
• Team management and leadership skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in agricultural management or related field.
• Preparation of detailed reports on broiler/layers performance, egg production, vaccination records and overall birds' health.

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Chef to provide exceptional culinary services to our CEO. This live-in position also requires the flexibility to travel as needed.
• We are looking for a skilled and versatile Chef to prepare both local and continental dishes for our CEO.
• The ideal candidate will be proficient in diverse cuisines, managing all kitchen operations while ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality local and continental mealstailored to the CEO's preferences and dietary needs.
• Create a variety of menus,blending local flavors with international cuisine for daily meals and special events.
• Ensure food safety and maintain kitchen hygienein line with industry regulations.
• Source and order fresh, high-quality ingredients, ensuring cost-effective inventory management.
• Maintain high standards of meal presentation and consistency.

Qualifications
Education:

• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a chef, specializing in both local and continental cuisine. Preferably in a private or high-profile setting .

Flexibility:

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to live on the premises and travel with the CEO.
• Proven ability to create diverse, flavorful menus.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Creativity in meal preparation and presentation.
