    Graphic Designer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a creative and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our fitness and wellness team.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that promote the gym’s brand, services, fitness programs, campaigns, and events across digital and print platforms.
    • The Graphic Designer will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, member engagement, and marketing effectiveness.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design high-quality graphics for social media, website, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
    • Develop creative concepts and visual content aligned with the gym’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
    • Create flyers, banners, posters, brochures, membership materials, and in-gym branding assets.
    • Ensure consistency of brand colors, fonts, messaging, and visual identity across all communication channels.
    • Design engaging social media content for fitness classes, promotions, membership offers, events, and wellness campaigns.
    • Create motion graphics, short animations, or video editing content where required.
    • Support content creation for digital marketing campaigns and online advertisements.
    • Collaborate with the social media team to improve audience engagement through creative visuals.
    • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to develop campaign materials.
    • Support the promotion of gym activities, fitness challenges, personal training services, and special events.
    • Design presentation materials and internal communication visuals when necessary.
    • Assist in creating merchandise and branded materials.
    • Coordinate or support gym photoshoots and video shoots.
    • Edit and retouch images for marketing use.
    • Maintain an organized library of visual assets and design files.
    • Ensure all designs are professional, engaging, and suitable for the target audience.
    • Perform other creative and branding duties as assigned.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
    • 2–4 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably within fitness, wellness, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.

    Proficiency in design software such as:

    • Adobe Photoshop
    • Adobe Illustrator
    • Adobe InDesign
    • Canva
    • Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (added advantage)
    • Knowledge of social media design trends and digital marketing creatives.
    • Basic photography and video editing skills are an advantage.

    Job Summary

    Facility Officer

    Job Purpose

    • The Facility Officer is responsible for ensuring that the gym facility is safe, clean, fully functional, and well-maintained at all times.
    • The role oversees daily facility operations, equipment maintenance, housekeeping, and vendor coordination to deliver a high-quality experience for members and staff.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure all equipment, utilities, and infrastructure are in optimal working condition.
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the gym facility.
    • Conduct routine inspections of gym equipment, workout areas, locker rooms, and common spaces.
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and facility assets.
    • Supervise cleaning and security personnel to ensure effective service delivery and adherence to standards.
    • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
    • Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures within the facility.
    • Ensure all emergency equipment and safety systems are functional and accessible.
    • Report, document, and follow up on incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues.

    Qualifications and Experience Required

    • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in facility supervision, preferably within a gym, hospitality, or service environment.
    • Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety procedures, and equipment management.
    • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
