    Administrative Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administrative Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our real estate business.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient office management, coordinating administrative activities, and providing support to the sales and operations teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage office administrative activities and ensure smooth daily operations
    • Maintain and organise property documents, client records, and files
    • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and site inspections
    • Support the sales team with documentation and client follow-ups
    • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone inquiries professionally
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and internal documents
    • Monitor office supplies and liaise with vendors when necessary
    • Maintain accurate databases for clients, properties, and transactions
    • Support marketing efforts, including updating property listings and online platforms

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field
    • 2–4 years of experience in an administrative role (real estate experience is an added advantage)
    • Strong organisational and time management skills
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and high level of professionalism
    • Preferably a male candidate for gender balance.
