    Inventory Supervisor

    Key Responsibilities:

    Inventory Control & Planning

    • Supervise and coordinate daily inventory operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and reconciling stock.
    • Maintain optimal stock levels across all categories: food, beverages, disposables, cleaning agents, and kitchen supplies.
    • Prepare and execute weekly and monthly inventory audits and reconciliations.
    • Track consumption patterns and recommend restocking or reordering schedules.

    Documentation & Reporting

    • Ensure accurate data entry into inventory software or management systems.
    • Generate detailed inventory reports: stock position, variance analysis, waste reports, and reorder levels.
    • Maintain up-to-date records of inventory movement, losses, and adjustments.

    Team Supervision

    • Manage and supervise Inventory Officers, Attendants, and Storekeepers.
    • Assign tasks, set performance goals, and monitor day-to-day activities of the inventory team.
    • Train staff on inventory handling, hygiene standards, and system use.
    • Ensure team adherence to SOPs and food safety guidelines.

    Quality Assurance & Compliance

    • Inspect incoming goods for quality, expiry dates, and conformity to purchase orders.
    • Ensure correct storage methods are used (e.g., cold chain management, dry store standards).
    • Comply with HACCP, food safety regulations, and internal quality assurance policies.

    Coordination & Communication

    • Work closely with procurement to ensure timely and cost-effective ordering.
    • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to align stock levels with menu planning and sales forecasts.
    • Coordinate inventory readiness for special events, catering jobs, or new product launches.

    Loss Prevention & Cost Control

    • Identify and investigate stock variances and recommend corrective actions.
    • Implement and monitor waste-reduction initiatives.
    • Ensure proper documentation of write-offs, transfers, and damaged goods.

    Logistics Shift Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    The Logistics Shift Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and overseeing logistics operations during assigned shifts, ensuring the timely dispatch, delivery, and distribution of food and materials. The role ensures that logistics processes are efficient, accurate, and compliant with safety standards while supervising dispatch Riders.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Shift Operations Management

    • Supervise all logistics activities during the assigned shift including inbound and outbound movements.
    • Oversee loading, dispatching, and delivery of goods to outlets, customers, or event locations.
    • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, route plans, and quality control procedures.
    • Respond quickly to issues such as delays, vehicle breakdowns, or rerouting needs.

    Team Supervision & Coordination

    • Manage logistics personnel including riders.
    • Assign duties, monitor performance, and ensure team members follow SOPs.
    • Conduct pre- and post-shift briefings to align on expectations and report outcomes.
    • Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and handling standards.

    Inventory & Documentation

    • Confirm accuracy of dispatch documents (delivery notes, waybills, packing lists).
    • Verify that stock loaded for dispatch matches order requirements.
    • Report discrepancies in deliveries, shortages, or damages promptly.

    Fleet & Equipment Oversight

    • Monitor the condition and cleanliness of vehicles assigned to the shift.
    • Report vehicle malfunctions, fuel usage, and maintenance needs.
    • Ensure all delivery vehicles meet compliance and readiness checks.

    Safety & Compliance

    • Ensure staff use appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols during loading/unloading.
    • Uphold food safety and hygiene guidelines, especially when handling temperature-sensitive items.
    • Maintain a safe and organized loading bay and logistics area.

    Reporting & Feedback

    • Submit end-of-shift reports including delivery status, incidents, and performance updates.
    • Recommend process improvements or route adjustments to enhance delivery efficiency.
    • Escalate major operational issues to the Logistics Manager for action

    B2B Operations & Logistics Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    The B2B Operations & Logistics Supervisor oversees the end-to-end execution of orders for business clients, ensuring efficient order processing, accurate dispatch, timely delivery, and service excellence. This role acts as a bridge between the B2B sales team, kitchen team,  and logistics teams. The supervisor ensures that bulk or recurring B2B customer orders are fulfilled accurately, cost-effectively, and on schedule, while maintaining strong service relationships and operational discipline.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Order Fulfillment & Coordination

    • Supervise the processing and fulfillment of B2B client orders from receipt to delivery.
    • Liaise with production, kitchen, or kitchen teams to ensure accurate picking, packing, and readiness of goods.
    • Prioritize and schedule dispatches according to SLAs and client requirements.
    • Coordinate returns, shortages, or re-deliveries as needed.

    Client Service Support

    • Act as the logistics point-of-contact for key B2B accounts.
    • Ensure proper documentation (invoices, delivery notes, waybills) accompanies each dispatch.
    • Resolve delivery complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
    • Provide status updates to B2B Sales, Client Service teams, or directly to clients when required.

    Logistics Oversight

    • Supervise loading operations and vehicle assignment for B2B dispatches.
    • Track vehicle movement and ensure adherence to delivery timelines.
    • Monitor fleet readiness and report delays or vehicle issues proactively.

    Team Management

    • Lead and supervise riders, dispatch assistants, loaders, and store clerks assigned to B2B ops.
    • Assign tasks and monitor productivity, punctuality, and adherence to company policies.
    • Train staff on customer handling, safety, and documentation processes.

    Inventory & Documentation

    • Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure sufficient stock availability for scheduled B2B orders.
    • Verify loading accuracy against client orders.
    • Ensure proper documentation and system updates of dispatch records.

    Reporting & Compliance

    • Generate daily/weekly reports on B2B deliveries, pending orders, delivery failures, and service levels.
    • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and transport regulations.
    • Maintain and audit operational checklists and logs.
